Quarto com cortinas rasgadas, secador de cabelo arrancado! Portas falsas que prejudicam muito a acústica dá para escutar tudo o que fala no quarto do lado, ar condicionado super fraco! Tive uma estadia agradável no Hotel JVA fênix. Os principais pontos:
O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Isso facilitou minha viagem e permitiu que eu explorasse a cidade com facilidade.
A infraestrutura do hotel é boa, com quartos confortáveis e limpos. No entanto, senti falta de algumas comodidades, como opções de café. Não havia expresso ou Lattes disponíveis, o que foi decepcionante.
Em resumo, o Hotel JVA fênix é uma escolha sólida em termos de localização e conforto, mas há espaço para melhorias no café da manhã e nas regalias oferecidas. Considerando esses pontos, eu o recomendaria com algumas ressalvas, principalmente pelo valor pago.

Totalmente desapontado com a experiência da rede na unidade de Uberlândia. Efetuamos uma reserva e o pagamento antecipado, enviamos o comprovante e nossos colaboradores chegaram no hotel após a meia noite, exaustos devido a viagem totalmente longa e do trabalho e informaram que não tínhamos reservado o hotel e fizeram o funcionário efetuar o pagamento novamente. Ao entrar em contato para resolver a situação, um atendente totalmente despreparado não deu a mínima atenção para o caso e simplesmente informou que deveríamos aguardar até segunda para receber o estorno. Colaborador retirou seu dinheiro que era para ser utilizado para custear despesas de estadia na cidade e o hotel informa que só fará o estorno na segunda. Péssima experiência, espero que outras pessoas não passem pela mesma experiência.

Quarto muito bom e bonito, bem confortável a cama, uma pena não tem um cobertor decente, era uma mantinha que parece ser de solteiro, tivemos que dormir com o lençol nos cobrindo e a mantinha por cima.

Fui muito atendida na recepção quando cheguei a noite. Infelizmente nao me recordo o nome do funcionario, mas foi bastante cordial e educado, e ainda me ajudou no pedido do jantar. A localização do hotel foi bem util tb. O quarto estava limpinho. Senti falta apenas de mais opções de canais na tv. A pessoa que me atendeu na saida tb foi bem simpatica. Com certeza numa proxima ida, ficarei hospedada. Aproveito, e caso o hotel precise de contratar jovem aprendiz ou estagio, estou a disposição para atende-los !!!
