Room 304 \ 1 x Night Stay \ Booked via Agoda A solid 10 \ 10 experience - top notch! Customer service was excellent. Hotel location is SO QUIET - no noise Rooms were modern and relaxing. Everywhere was clean - impressive. To round it all off, Buffet Breakfast was included in the room rate and was an excellent experience - great Asian choices, very yummy. All in all an A Class stay and we will book here again next time we find ourselves around the Ubon Ratchathani area.....

Great Hotel. Great staff. Joy in reception was very friendly and efficient both during phone communication and at check in. She had a warm and friendly welcome and smile. This was also true of all the many young staff working at the hotel and coffee shop. The coffee shop and hotel decor was bright and tasteful. The room was clean and very comfortable. No issues with noise as Joy allocated our room facing the rear, so no issues with traffic noise, as mentioned in other reviews. A soft comfortable bed with wonderful pillows. A great first stay experience.

The rooms were clean and new. There weren’t any loud noise that I could hear from neighbors so that is always a plus. Good and clean place to stay at if you’re only looking for a comfortable place to sleep. Otherwise, no facilities such as gym or swimming pool. Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos, but it looked exactly like this image online of B2’s room. Wasn’t disappointing.
