As vistas do hotel são incríveis. Está situado numa zona calma, com ótimas vistas mas fica longe de tudo.
Limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Lençóis estavam sujos com cabelos.
Pequeno almoço igualmente. Para um hotel de 4 estrelas deveria ter mais variedade e pão fresco, porque o pão não parecia ser fresco. Deveriam fazer reposição da comida, uma vez que, já não havia frutas e outras coisas.
O preço é excessivo no bar da piscina.
De resto, foi tudo impecável. Hotel muito bonito

A localização do hotel é muito boa, a zona em si bastante calma. Quanto ao hotel em si, deixa muito a desejar na limpeza, em relação aos quartos e em relação as partes comuns. Saliento a sujidade que encontramos nas piscinas, inaceitável , e na pequena sala de fitness. Na 1 noite jantamos no mesmo, o bife do bitoque era duro e de baixa qualidade. As chamusas vegetarianas compradas no hiper sem dúvida. Resumindo para um hotel de 4 estrelas deixa muito a desejar. Nota se algum desgaste no mesmo. Não iremos repetir garantidamente .

Uma experiência inesquecível. Um atendimento excelente. Paisagem idílica, piscina interior e exterior fantásticas. A sauna e banho turco nas temperaturas perfeitas. São permitidos animais de estimação e isso para nós é uma mais valia. Sem dúvida, a repetir num futuro próximo.

Fabuloso hotel, serviço muito gentil, impecável, preocupado e cordial! Ambiente excelente, paisagem deslumbrante. Tudo muito, muito bom! Experimentámos as piscinas ao ar livre - amplas e apetitosas, n tivemos tempo p ir à interior, mas oferta n falta. Recomendadíssimo!

We had a good stay here, for the most part. The staff was lovely, unfailingly helpful and courteous. We did not have a balcony in the room, so it was a bit darker than we like, but otherwise pleasant. Comfortable bed and bath, but no WiFi in the room. Other amenities were a sauna, which I couldn’t get to be hot, an indoor pool and an extensive outdoor pool that was very refreshing. The restaurant had a decent brunch- only had dinner once as there were other places we wanted to try. One morning we made a reservation to tour the nearby caves - that was a delightful tour, different from the other production wineries we visited. Ucanha is also an interesting town with Roman architecture.

The stay was very pleasant, despite the weather that didn't help the Hotel's operation due to lightning that literally fell on the hotel... but everything ended up going well. The breakfast is very good. The staff are very friendly.

- Hotel chosen specifically for the SPA option, but gym equipment did not work and massage service is not active, despite giving the MISLEADING information that there would be no vacancies - an email was sent in advance to book massages (not responded), when we asked about them they said “that everything was already full for the weekend”, including Monday (I went to the SPA several times to confirm the information, I never saw anyone, except in the indoor pool). - Air conditioning in the room didn't work, heater in the room didn't work, bathroom without hand towel rails. - Breakfast on the weekend is much more varied and fresh than on a weekday. The hotel will only serve as a summer retreat, given the rural location and large outdoor pools. Not recommended for colder seasons.
