The hotel was nice, the location was good, we went with my 1 year old baby, we had no problems as it had underfloor heating, the breakfast was diverse, we were satisfied.

The team at the hotel is amazing, they helped with all our needs, my daughter had her birthday during our stay and hotel team arranged a cake and also decorated the room for us.
They also helped arrange hot air balloon ride and horse back riding trips for us which was very helpful as well.
Since hotel is closer to road, if you need quiter room please ask for a room on the backside of the property.

The hotel architecture was meticulously designed, the rooms are spacious but far from the Cappadocia view. The music and noise do not stop until 12 at night, the noise comes from somewhere else, the staff is average, the breakfast was small but clean, there was no place to hang the shower jet in the room, we always kept it. It is enough for those who do not expect a view, but I think the price is too high for these opportunities.

It was nice to be luxurious but it had many shortcomings. There were not enough towels. There were none of the personal care items that were said to be there, such as toothbrushes etc. It was not as described. I liked it but it needs a lot of improvement.

The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean, great importance was given to the decoration, it was very nice, there was a mini bath in the room we stayed in. The location is very close to everywhere, it exceeded our expectations, we felt comfortable as if we were at home, we were very pleased, thank you :)
