This is NOT a Sterling standard hotel. Absolutely zero hotel experience - from the entrance/ reception to your room. In fact, we were escorted to our room through a private parking area.
Breakfast spread was average, quality/ taste was very poor. There were few stale items (sausages, bakery, South Indian chutneys) on both days we had breakfast.
Room was spacious ( the only plus point) but the bathroom was as basic as it gets with rust clearly visible. Even basic amenities like a hairdryer , slippers etc (mentioned in their listing) were missing. There was no plug point in the bathroom.
Cleanliness-wise, used plates from our room service remained outside our room even on Day 3 (when we checked out).
Staff on service was fine.
Location wise it’s good , but you will find more hotel options on that road for your money’s worth.

Overall a good property, rooms were pretty big. Good location for family and good staff service. But food was quality needs to be improved.

We had a pleasant stay at sterling jaisinghgarh. The room was clean and spacious. It had a cozy sit out window. The hotel provided contacts for booking cabs for visiting nearby locations.

The property itself is beautiful with amazing artwork inside. Rooms are huge and the bathroom shower was excellent! The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Kishore at the reception. We were however disappointed that they did not have a liquor license which is so strange in a tourist hotel! We therefore did not have any meals in the hotel. The TV also did not have any English programs apart from the news. This is not really good enough!

We have very good service in the restaurant from Sudeshina. Helpful for non-Hindi speaking guests. The housekeeping lady was very responsive to our needs in the room. Not many Western tourists in this hotel but they went out of their way. ….

We were placed on the 1st floor and it had poor privacy (e.g. we could hear the reception take phone calls in the morning and at night). Rooftop cafe was nice. Staff was friendly.

The Hotel has good, calm and relaxing environment. The Restaurant on rooftop is amazing and has great food variety. Kudos to the whole team ( Amit , Kritik , Sudeshna, Nutan, Dungar) Chef ( Amit, Bhupendra, Rajkumar) has served us one of the finest traditional Rajasthani food during our dinner. Music enhanced the ambience around the restaurant at the dinner time. Kudo to the whole team. We are thankful and grateful for their hospitality and service.
