Horrible experience. If you care even 1% for your hard earned money- simply stay away from the hotel. The rooms are filled with bed bugs, lights not working, lizards in rooms, unhygienic rooms and what not. Did not offer us a better room nor did they offer us a refund.

the room picture showed at the te of booking was not the same. very dirty property and rooms..no hot water and even it stopped. no amenities. property is not in a condition as shown in the pictures. just wast of money and spoiled vacation.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I regret to say that the experience was very disappointing. I had high expectations based on the photos and descriptions online, but the reality was completely different.
To start, the room itself was far from what I anticipated. It seemed like the cleaning staff had skipped it entirely, as dust was visible on surfaces, and there was an odd, stale odor in the room. The washrooms were especially neglected—there was clear evidence they hadn’t been properly cleaned, with remnants of soap scum, dirty spots on the sink, and even hair left in the shower. To make matters worse, there was water clogging in the bathroom, causing a constant puddle near the shower area, which was both unpleasant and unhygienic.
I thought that ordering food might improve my experience a bit, and although the food itself tasted good, hygiene standards were clearly lacking. Plates and cutlery felt less than clean, which made me hesitant to enjoy the meal. Additionally, the room service was beyond slow. I placed an order well in advance, but it took over three hours to arrive. I had to follow up multiple times, which was incredibly frustrating.
The property does have a lot of potential—it’s in a good location and has an appealing structure, but sadly, it seems to be severely lacking in basic management and upkeep. Simple improvements like a more attentive cleaning staff, quicker room service, and general maintenance would go a long way in making this place better. Until then, I’d recommend staying elsewhere if you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable experience.

Udai nature valley resort is perfect for family and couple and who wants to be relaxed and enjoy just nature
And in monsoon its Beauty become 10 times .
And staff behaviour is also very good and supportive

This was my worst experience in Udaipur despite having visited the city more than 30 times. I had prepaid the full amount for my room, but upon arrival, the manager rudely told us, “You should be grateful we are assigning you a room.” This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when the payment was made in advance. The room they offered was nothing like the pictures shown online. The reality was shocking: • The entire room smelled awful. • The walls were damp and moldy. • There were hairs on the bedsheets, and the mattresses were used, dirty, and even wet! • The overall cleanliness was non-existent. Despite bringing these issues to their attention, the staff and manager were incredibly rude and dismissive. Their attitude showed no regard for customer service or basic hospitality. I’m attaching pictures of the room to give others a reality check. Don’t be fooled by the staged photos. Think twice before booking here!

The resort is so so beautiful and panaromic. Room was cozy and so comfortable. This property is a must for couples as it has scenic views and amazing pool where you can have sensual experiences. Though the location is a bit tough to reach as it is on outskirts of the main city.
