The Wi-Fi isn’t working, and the bathroom has drainage issues that cause water to accumulate. There are also mosquitoes in the room, but there’s no mosquito repellent. The rooms aren’t soundproof, so I heard fighting from a couple in the room next to mine all night, which disturbed my sleep. The restaurant buffet dinner has very few options, and most of them are non-vegetarian, which is a downside for vegetarians like me. Overall, it’s a very average hotel at the price they’re charging. I would recommend looking for other options at the same price.

I recently visited the hotel, and my experience was really good. I would like to mention Kuldeep and Govind from the restaurant team who took extra care of us.

Very bed service by housekeeping. It's my second visit I'm Ginger hotel. 2 months before I'm here Ms. Prathna das she was very helpful and very humble but this time housekeeping is very bed Sr. Staff Mr. Gopal very bed behavior and he drink in duty. I asking for A.R water but Gopal behavior is very bed. Not come again here. Very bed behavior by hk department. I'm miss Ms. Prathna she was very good In housekeeping.

My experience was one of a kind from the time we arrived right until the end ,. Firstly Vikyath a very bright well spoken and so very helpful perdonat the front desk who was so informational, went out of the way to help us commute to a few tourist spots. Really appreciate that. The restaurant @min really took care of our taste buds. I would like to give a shout out to the restaurant supervisor Mr Pawan for really catering to us with the best he could, so hospitable and courteous. The staff at the restaurant , Lily , Kuldeep, Muna& Monalisa very hospitable and well trained, always smiling. They all helped in making this short trip of us memorable. The entire hospitality we recieved at Ginger have exceeded our expectations ,really looking forward to putting up at ginger soon. Well done !! Keep up the good work. THANK you.
