Alpana give us great service for breakfast at Ananta Udaipur goods variety of breakfast all type delicious and lots of options for cakes and cookies cheese omelettes is soo yummy but we miss Lal mass during whole visit of Ananta in all meals but any way it’s good

Awesome service at breakfast from jyoti and chandrapal, it takes to order at lunch plz be patient, rooms are excellent n calm and nice zenith disco was nice, cab service within campus is good in day n night, omlets and chai is must try. Mr. Sabha and Mr. Amet das taken care

Rajasthan is well known for it’s hospitality and I believe “The Ananta Udaipur” is the torch bearer for the same! From the time I checked in, the staff ensured that my experience becomes as smooth as possible. I would like to praise the leadership of ‘Mr. Vaibhav Ameta’. As soon as he got to know that we’ve come in our anniversary, he provided us with the best view room. You know small things matter a lot & Mr. Vaibhav with his staff shared beautiful presents to my wife with a delicious cake. How can I praise the property! It’s huge and amazingly managed by the staff. I haven’t experienced such quick service of anything & everything you name it! (Housekeeping, buggy service etc.) Though my stay was only for 2 days, I experienced the delicious breakfast spread at their restaurant. Let me name out that under the leadership of ‘Mr. Bharat Jalal’ & ‘Mr. Sabha Shankar’, we had a next level experience during breakfast. No matter how less I speak of ‘Mr. Vaibhav Ameta’, he’s an outstanding leader. He came in the morning to provide best support during our shopping experience in the resort premises. Also, being local in Udaipur he gave us a perfect itinerary for our trip! I can’t forget the time spent in “The Ananta Resort” nor will you! Just go to the place and experience their hospitality 👍😊

This was my 3rd visit to ananta and I must say everytime I go there I fall in love with the hotel . Special thanks to Mr Prashant and Mr prince in reservation department for getting our booking done and also thank you so much to Miss Archana at the restaurant for making our stay so special and comfortable . Will surely recommend to anyone who wants to have a best stay in udaipur with all best ameinities

I am appalled by the shockingly poor service I received at Zeneith on 26 dec 2024, specifically from your bartender, Rahul Kumar. What transpired has left me furious and deeply dissatisfied. I arrived at 7:30 PM and ordered a cocktail ***** with my food. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty, it took an outrageous 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my drink, and that too only after 20 reminders. To add insult to injury, when the cocktail finally arrived at 9 PM, it was an absolute disaster. Instead of using jalapeños for spice, the bartender had the audacity to dump in two spoonfuls of red chili powder, making it completely undrinkable. Rather than admitting his clear incompetence, Rahul Kumar had the nerve to claim the drink was “perfect” and that it only took him 15 minutes to prepare. This blatant lie is unacceptable. Your staff’s arrogance and unprofessionalism have ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable evening. I demand that you review the CCTV footage to confirm my claims and explain how such appalling service was allowed to happen. My dinner and night were utterly spoiled because of this bartender’s behavior. I expect an immediate response and to know what actions you will take to ensure such experiences do not happen again with anyone. People come to Udaipur to have a good vacation not to spoil mood and day , such incident is expected from such a reputed hotel. Your prompt attention to this matter is expected. Regards, Rekha Gupta

The stay was very Nice and Relaxing here at Ananta Resort & Spa Udaipur. Visiting 2nd Time and it’s a very nice and beautiful place to get some time spent with loved once. Starting from check in to check out. Everyone did thier best to gave us comfortable stay. Thanks to team.

We enjoyed every bit of staying at ananta.. beautiful sceneries, delicious food and commendable service by every staff member.. Ananta's chief security officer helped us finding our jewellery which was missing for 2 days after our checkout. Very thankful to Mr. Vinay Rai and other staff for showcasing great level of athics and hospitality.

The food and service was amazing during the breakfast today. The staff provided the great support. Staff was always smiling and was bringing live counter food and tea/coffee on the table. They always had a big smile on the face and was very cheerful.
