The stay at city connect hotel was superb. Very well mannered and dedicated staff who made us feel at home. Their extensive knowledge of the places around and guidance to visit different unexplored places made our stay and experience with them stress free and comfortable. The food at the hotel was superb and we loved the fact that the staff was able to grasp the nature of the customers and adjusted their manner of service accordingly. Highly recommend!

The hotel charges more than they decided. Services is also not good. Staff behaved rudely.

Location was very comfortable. Service was good. Food was nice. Cleanliness was well maintained. But cost charged was too high compared to hotel ambiance.

Experience and stay was excellent at city connect. Staff is very quick in response and their behaviour was very good. Breakfast was excellent as well. Best place to stay in udaipur.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect.

The location is good, in a relatively quiet surroundings. The staff are very hospitable. The food is good. The rooms are well furnished and well maintained except for the paintings which were a little out of fashion. Would have loved to see some paintings depicting the rich cultural heritage of udaipur.
