Good location. Nice interior in public area. Furniture in rooms are a little tired. Staff is friendly but can't good clean up the room or make the towels and dishes clean white

Pricy option, but amazing. We booked one of the more expensive rooms, and it was fantastic. Helpful reception, delicious breakfast included (they were redecorating the breakfast hall, so we got it in our room). Everything worked, and the room was as advertised in the pictures. The regular restaurant (different from where they normally serve breakfast) is not only beautiful, but the food is delicious and the service great. Location is right on the edge of the old town, not too far from the main attractions. Highly recommended albeit a little pricey for Indian standards

Really nice building,lots of character, beautiful local architecture. If the lake and the immediate area could be cleaned up a little,this hotel would be a great place to stay. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is well located. The reception staff is very kind and responsive. We had a problem with booking through Trip.com and the receptionists were very helpful and found a solution. They also advised us on booking taxis and city tours.
The hotel is very well decorated. This is an old school of miniatures, we were able to visit and take photos, it's magnificent.
The restaurant is not very comfortable and the restaurant furniture needs to be changed.
We had a very good stay.
