I had a very disappointing experience. Despite specifically requesting a non-smoking room at the time of booking, the hotel failed to provide one upon arrival. I was left waiting for over two hours with no update from the staff, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I finally decided to cancel my stay due to the lack of service, the hotel refused to issue any refund. It’s unacceptable to deny customers basic services and then not take responsibility for it. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
