Courteous staff. Always helpful. Good service, was clear and upfront if the services cannot be met. I had erroneously booked a room with bathroom just outside but private due to some rooms layout. They were ready to upgrade me with a room with attached bathroom. Attached restaurant also had good food and excellent service. Would definitely recommend other's to use this hotel.
