All the members of the spectrum very friendly and helpful. We had Suresh Sir by your side to support during entire stay. Hygiene is very well maintained. Great location. Had a small celebration there and they were very supportive and made mind blowing arrangements. We had a memorable time over there.

We have been staying over here 1 night and it was very terrible experience in the google it said 5 star but I don’t think it worth . its really reallly very disappointing with management and its staff as well as manager . We order a food and its take around 2 hours to make only fries and we talked to one staff whoes name is suresh singh he was really really being rude to us we talked nicely and suddenly he screamed on us so its so annoying .also we told them to do bornfier and they told us its paid and we can’t do that each and every resort have that option as a complementary and this guys told us to pay for that it’s doesn’t make sense we paid for room and everything still we didn’t get that type of service. So i recommend do not do not do notttt come here its very very disappointing experience.

This was the worst experience ever. Do not spend your money here; it is a total waste. The managers are rude specially manager named Manish singh , and while they charge for 5-star quality, the service isn't even 1-star. The furniture in the room was broken, and the towels were dirty. They were also hosting an event and seemed more focused on that than on the other guests in the hotel.

Very wrost experience with staff and service specially manager behaviour was very bad with us ..I recommend to u pls never ever go in this resort and if u r going than take it own risk.
