Very poor service, unprofessional staff! Not worth the money.

Excellent stay with the family. A little rough and lengthy check in, noisy corridors with people shouting across the halls and balconies even late at night. BESIDES the above we had a fantastic stay. Very courteous and helpful staff and teams, great housekeeping, superb breakfast. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

Terrible Hotel. Cockroaches in the room, ac not working, leaking bathroom, no hot water. Very surprised this hotel is part of Radisson brand. The staff is not helpful as multiple complaints were ignored. Do not book. Better hotels available

Our stay with radisson blu was amazing. The property is very beautiful and very well maintained with a serene beauty all around. I would also like to mention their special effort to make our day memorable as we were there to celebrate our second wedding anniversary. Special thanks to Ms. Ashmi and Ms. Rakhi for the beautiful room decor. I would highly recommend this place. Cheers to the entire team!!

Our experience staying at Radisson Blu udaipur was just wonderful. They welcomed us with traditional rajasthani drum beats and tika at the entrance of the property and a welcome drink at the lobby. Our room was upgraded as we were celebrating a special occasion thanks to front desk executive mr Azhar and ms. Rakhi. Ms. Rakhi showed us the property and all the activities which we could do in the property during our stay. The staff is very polite and humble. Great hospitality. Rooms were clean, good view from our room. Breakfast was ultimate. Swimming pool was amazing, less crowded early morning at 7am. Overall our stay was excellent. Would recommend anyone visiting udaipur to stay at Radisson Blu udaipur.

I had two days stay in Radisson blu. It’s a huge property that has a complete palace look from outside and the rooms are completely modern . That elegant fountain with a vintage car at the entrance is the most elegant part of the resort. It’s has one inside bar and restaurant and one rooftop . Both have large sitting , chandeliers and beautiful infrastructure. The hi tea area is also impressive that gives a Darbar look . Pool and gym areas are also very convenient. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Though at first had problem with ac and tv setting but it was quickly sorted by the technician . House keeping service is quick and they also gave us sweets and cake . We had the best cocktails here all thanks to Khushanpal & Rashid . The view is amazing from the top and the front door & luggage carrying staff is very helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. Only issue was less friendly behaviour by the staff as we asked for different cocktails of same prices to be given in happy hour but they denied . And breakfast area was extremely crowded. The welcome & orientation was a bit cold . However , as a whole it was a good and recommending experience at Radisson .

The food was excellent talking about taste and variety. It was so comfortable and peaceful place to visit.The outer area and cultural programs were nice.The rooms were in excellent condition and beds were comfortable.The water was so smooth and healthy to drink

Radisson hotel udaipur staff was very helpfull. Jyoti she is very kind and smile is very cute. Hotel cleaning was very good neet and clean. Jyoti at the check in time she is very helpfull thank you so much jyoti i would like to your servise and help thenk you jyoti. Food was very good testy am very happy. Ckeaning staff was very kind. Locafion was very good like lake view.

We had a comfortable stay at this property. Must say it’s a huge hotel just like a palace from outside , but inside more like a business hotel. Starting with high quality fine things about the property as -It’s beautifully built , best for photography both in day and night . Sunrise and sunsets are worth watching . -Best of the both worlds , Overlook of the lakes, city lights from the deck and mountains at the same. -Gym area and two swimming pools are nice touch. -Bar have some amazing cocktails , bartenders “Khushanpal”and “Rashid”made us taste some delicious cocktails probably one of best so far. -Breakfast was also served with some huge variety of food which was delicious too. -Room was large compared to other hotels. -Pooja and Sahil served us delicious complimentary cake. Few things that we didn’t like about the hotel or if we can suggest could have been better -Hospitality is not up to mark , not so warm welcome . -Lack of communication skills by welcome staff inside the hotel . -Not friendly staff , or may be they are extremely professional. -It was too crowded in weekends , which spoiled our peace . -Phone and Tv were not working. -Dirty and not cleaned corridors and lift. -Staff don’t wish , as a good gesture we see in other 5 star hotels.

Very nice resort & all staff best service provided… Room always best. My deluxe room is best view in resort. Radisson blue udaipur resort near by fateh sagar lake. Awesome view in resort Staff service is also best in resort & foods are very good staff member - disha & nihan best service provided

Our trip was very wholesome and good because of our stay at Raddison. The facilities are amazing but the staff made our trip top notch. The travel desk handled by Kavish made our trip enjoyable and safe by providing excellent recommendations and drivers. We also did a morning trail with Kabir which was our trip highlight. Our room service by Nihal and Rupesh was good as well.
