JüSTa Rajputana Resort & Convention Centre, Udaipur

We stayed at juSTa Rajputana, Udaipur Resort. It has got to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we are regular travels all over the world. We had booked for two deluxe rooms, believing these rooms to be “deluxe” as the word describes. No internet/poor connection:- Unfortunately from the moment of checking in and reaching our rooms, we were unable to get any internet connection. After speaking to reception, we were told that guests with iPhones all have the same problem. I mentioned that this would be about 90% of their guests? The internet did work eventually after day two (other than when you were in the communal areas) but by then we had to use our data to look at some important work emails. No hot water:- After checking in and a long day travelling we discovered in both rooms there was only luke warm water only. We immediately told reception who had to come in and out of the room to resolve the problem. We were told to wait 10 mins and even after this time the water was slightly hotter but still not a comfortable temperature and by then we were all too tired that we just had a shower with the luke warm water. It was the same again in the morning and again in the evening on day 2. We mentioned the problem in the evening and heard nothing back from reception, when we told them it was still not hot following a visit by them. It was almost as if they knew there was a problem. By this time we couldn’t wait to leave the hotel. Deluxe Rooms:- These rooms by far were not deluxe, they were old fashion, the bathroom window was mouldy, the shower was old. It was almost as if we had paid for a student accommodation! We were suppose to have been given a king size bed in a deluxe room but as you can see from the pictures uploaded they joined two single beds together and use to top cover sheet to make it look like a large bed. You can see the sheets are actually for two single beds. It was like this in both rooms we were given. It was a complete con, paying for rooms you don’t actually get. Privacy;- Following a report of a lack of hot water, on day two, a visit had been made by an attendant and I told him there was no need to go into our second room (used by the children) as the water temperature would be the same in both rooms. I told him I’ll wait 10 mins and let him know. Whilst we were all in one room, someone from the hotel with a set of keys entered the second room without our permission and I know this because when I opened our door, he was locking up the door to our second room. Swimming pool:- This has got to be the most awful looking pool. I certainly would not swim in it, in fear of catching something. Food:- This has got to be the only positive aspect of this hotel. The restaurant staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us and even kindly packed a breakfast to take away with us. Special thanks to Kishore who was lovely on each meal time. All in all, don’t waste your money on this hotel unless you are looking

This resort is very amazing. Room is of high standard and very hygienic. Resort area is very clean and beautiful with too much greenary available here. Food quality is very good and hygienic in the restaurant. All staffs are very cooperative and friendly here. Overall I and my family enjoyed very much. My kid also enjoyed here in the open area and he likes food too much here.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The property itself is large, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by lush green gardens that add to its charm. The food was excellent, with a good variety and great taste. Special mention to the staff, who were extremely helpful and courteous—both at the reception and in the restaurants. Overall, a truly pleasant and relaxing experience.

Excellent had a lovely stay n stayed for 2 days of luxury n food was great the place over all was very lovely n beautiful with green all over
