This was our 2nd visit after a few years , but the Hotel and its management doesn’t seem to understand basic customer service . In spite of being in a good location they are losing the advantage by not putting in place simple facilities like pick up and drop from the taxi stand as the Hotel is around 700 m inside a narrow lane where outside cars aren’t allowed . Breakfast is virtually the same everyday with no creativity and for a hotel that charges so much and calls itself a boutique hotel the breakfast options are very ordinary. Reception staff doesn’t have any professional way of managing and requests made aren’t even internally communicated and you’re forced to repeatedly ask for the smallest of services. Totally disappointed and they’ve lost a potential repeat customer.

Außen Hui Innen Na ja gerade so akzeptabel. Sehr gute zentrale Lage daher guter Ausgangspunkt altes Udaipur zu Fuß erkunden zu können. Poolanlage ist sehr schön die Zimmer okay allerdings Bad und Zimmereinrichtung sauber aber bereits sehr in Jahre gekommen. Kühlschrank ohne Funktion kein Fön Frühstück eher nicht Wir werden sicher nicht wiederkommen

Pathetic service by the hotel, staff is rude and has no manners or kindness. They all are so unfriendly and unhelpful. I wont suggest anyone to go through this and please dont book this hotel!

Stay hotel udai kothi udaipur
Road to Hotel Udai zkothi is very narrow. Cab can not reach the hotel. Hotel 3rd floor resturant. Bar and swimming fool excellent. Fantastic view.
Rooms are just average. Bed linens are not good. Very old.

Unique comfortable hotel in old city
Very large and comfortable room with separate sitting room. Very nice traditional decorations and style, not your typical standard hotel room! Good service. Nice view from rooftop terrace and breakfast area.

Excellent stay
Very goog hotel well located in Udaipur, beautiful view on the Pichola lake . Walking distance to the fort. The bar on the roof top is amazing, we had a very nice stay there.

It was a memorable trip to Udaipur. Stay at Udai Kothi was wonderful. Good food, helpful staff, great location and nice ambience. This was my first visit to Udaipur,which was made comfortable with my stay at Udai Kothi. I would recommend it for couples as also family members.
