"I had a very bad experience at both the hotel and the restaurant. When we checked in, the receptionist told us there was a 50% discount on the food menu. Because of this offer, we didn't carefully check the prices of the food or the drinks before we ordered. We ordered beer, and they charged us ₹600 per beer, a price that I wouldn't even expect in a 5-star hotel. When we requested they review the bill or reduce the price, the person offered to take only ₹500 off the total bill. One dinner alone cost us ₹3,000, which is extremely expensive for this location in Udaipur. I truly had a bad experience. I would strongly suggest that anyone planning to visit ask for the prices in advance." Attaching the bill, not sure how they charged the GST as they do not have GST number on the invoice. I am gonna complaint the same for GST as well.

This was the most disgusting stay that I have been in Udaipur . The room was full of dust and the linen was stinking. The crew was rude .

Good quality food, average food variety. Rooms small, property with narrow roads to reach, choose only if u want to stay in old city.

It's like "yamuna maiya bol ke gandi me kuda diya". 1) Parking is the big issue. 2) worst quality breakfast. Also not much items are available. 3) bad smell comes in lift areas. 4) It will take ages to find this hote once you reach. 5) if you are going by the pictures uploaded and got fascinated by lake view than let me be clear there is nothing like lake view from any corner of this hotel.

the stay was decent, but it didn’t justify the price. the rates range from ₹3,500 to ₹8,000 depending on demand and availability, but paying for this experience feels excessive. at best, it would be worth around ₹3,000 given its location, which is not easily accessible. while the rooms and staff are good, the overall experience doesn’t match the expectations set by the photos.

Not at all worthy to stay by paying Inr 6.5 K for a night.
No direct route for cab to reach this hotel, you need to get down form cab or car minimum 1 km from the hotel then avail a auto rikshaw to reach your destination, same to come out from the hotel to reach airport or railway station.
Rooms were so small, windows were not properly locked, and at a distance of 4-5 ft from other buildings, inside your room will be clearly visible from outside incase the curtains get displaced an inch.
Exhaust fan was not working at our first allocated room, again needed to shift to a smaller room ar other floor.
Water logging at basin and bathroom.
Breakfast was okay with Idly Sambar, Paratha-Aloo matar, kharap Simaiya, bread jam, papaya, tea and coffee.
There is no lake view from any of the rooms till 2nd floor, only form rooftop restaurant you may get a view of the lake Pichola.
It was not worthy to pay Inr 6.5K/night.

The hotel has a good heritage look. All the fittings are kept to match the vibe. The food was also good. Over all a good stay.
