Tripli Hotels Shambhu Villas

It was a terrible stay and experience. No parking available. The rooms were stinking. The first room we checked in, the ac was not working. After requesting for half a day, our room got changed. The other room was even smaller. The washrooms were dirty and water was leaking from ceiling panel and wash basin. Duet cover were torn and had stains. We requested to change them, on the first day but no one cleaned the room or changed the sheets despite saying it 2-3 times. Second day they changed it after repeated reminders and the duet cover was changed at 9 pm. Reason given was shortage of duet covers. The small pillow was provided for the kid without any pillow cover, saying no covers are available. Breakfast option was not at all up to the standard. The dry item was very bland and purrs were extremely oily and no other option was available. There was no bournvita or alternative available for kids. The only item worth eating in breakfast buffet was bread butter jam. Such a small swimming pool and the water was so dirty. No way anyone could use such a dirty pool and no action taken to improve it in spite of requesting. The room door kept vibrating every-time a neighbouring rooms doors would open or close which was very disturbing, due to which we could not sleep properly. The property is not worth paying more than 1000rs per night and they charged exorbitant considering the festival season while no services provided. The last day, before an hour of check out, the electricity was cut off of our room and no one bothered to do anything about it despite telling them couple of times. When we spoke about this during checkout, the reception person said he is not even aware about it even though we spoke about this on phone and personally with the house keeping guy. The staff has pathetic service and attitude, extremely unprofessional, absolute disaster property that spoiled our entire trip. If mm t promotes and collaborates with such properties, it is high time you should stop your services. It was a very disappointing experience thanks to the hotel. Hotel was clean, with great hospitality by staff and good food. Breakfast was wonderful. Located close to major attractions.

Good ambiance, the hotel was very clean, with the rooms and bathrooms well-maintained. Housekeeping was prompt and ensured the room was tidy every day. The lobby and other common areas were also spotless.
