"It was a great experience staying at avnis beacon hotel, very courteous staff, nice room, and good food at reasonable price. We booked for 2 adults and though we had our child ***** with us and they did not raised any issue for same. Front desk staff was very helpful and ready to support for any possible thing. Room service and housekeeping staff too was great. The room had tea/coffee maker and we kept asking for tea bags and milk powder etc and always got it promptly. Very rare gesture by hotels. Thanks avnis team for making our stay this comfortable"

"Pricy option, but amazing. We booked one of the more expensive rooms, and it was fantastic. Helpful reception, delicious breakfast included (they were redecorating the breakfast hall, so we got it in our room). Everything worked, and the room was as advertised in the pictures. The regular restaurant (different from where they normally serve breakfast) is not only beautiful, but the food is delicious and the service great. Location is right on the edge of the old town, not too far from the main attractions. Highly recommended albeit a little pricey for Indian standards"

"I recently stayed for 2 nights at the Udaipur Marriott and had a wonderful experience. The property itself feels truly luxurious and carries a touch of royal charm in every detail. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a balcony room, which made the stay even more special with beautiful views and extra comfort.
The breakfast spread was outstanding – a wide variety of delicious options, fresh and perfectly prepared each morning. The only minor drawback is that the location is slightly away from the main city attractions, but given the serene atmosphere and quality of service, it was absolutely worth it.
Overall, a memorable stay that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Udaipur."

"The hardware conditions are fantastic. It is a palace of ancient nobles. It can be described as luxurious and displays many ancient artifacts. Invincible lake view! It is a pity that the agent made the wrong price, the front desk asked for a fare increase, and for a long time, this is not like the behavior of a luxury hotel. You should let the guest stay and then find out the situation!"

"Stayed for 3 days, lake view room
Advantages: near the lake, with independent yard, relatively safe, you can see the lake view
Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. The visitor didn't fix his breath, communicated 3 times, and changed the room. I was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, but the body odor in the second room was obvious. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate.
Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon.
The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside.
Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt.
Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK"

"Quite location which was perfect for us. Although room was nice it was not super clean, the AC didn’t work, warm water from the shower took a while, there was no room keeping and it was quite noisy. Staff was kind and helpful."

The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it.
My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before.
We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things.
If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in.
And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones.
Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future.
And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

MMimiRGExceptionally comfortable stay at the Fateh Garh resort . The location is 35 mins from the airport. Smooth checkin and the amenities were explained very well by Mriganka who has the calmest demeanour. The rooms are large and spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. Loved the brand of toiletries provided. The staff was always polite and attentive. Any request we had was handled so graciously by Veena. Nothing was an issues and they accommodated all our requests. We did the day tour with Piyush who made our entire day very pleasant. The spa service by Rose was divine after a long day of travel. We had most of our meals at the property and the indian cuisine was delicious. The breakfast spread had adequate options. The pool was impeccably maintained. We even tried the cocktails at the bar and they were well made too. Our experience was enhanced by the smiling faces of the staff throughout our stay. SSohrab_KhThe location: Perfect, just 2 minutes walk to the City Palace. Only notice that cars can not reach to the hotel's door because it's located inside steep alley.
The staff: very welcoming ,specially Nitesh, and trying to help us to enjoy our trip in Udaipur with their recommendations without any push to upsell hotel's services. Brilliant work by all of them, from the bellboy and doorman to the reception and the restaurant staff.
The room: very clean, great shower, amazing view to the lake. Well minimalist decorations and also writing your name on a chalkboard beside your room which is beautiful.
Foods: the lunch was so delicious, we ate Biryani. The complimentary tea on the rooftop for the sunset was an amazing idea by the hotel's managers. We didn't like the breakfast so much, it was so simple and completely different from the pictures on Google Maps but the staff's amazing attitude and behavior makes this issue go unnoticed.
One thing to notice is there is no elevator so you need to go up the stairs for 3-4 level, as there are 3 levels for the rooms and the restaurant is on the 4th level. But if you are young like us, then that wouldn't be any problem and staying at this beautiful hotel worth to climb stairs.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.
I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

SSandraWhen we first arrived our booked room was unavailable so they put us in a deluxe room with a living area and balcony.... But the festival was so loud. It was good for photos but not for sleeping. Unfortunately the room had a strong smoking smell so the next day we switched to the room booked the double room for family. Honestly we liked 408 much better than fancy room.... It was one flight from the restaurant. We didn't like the set breakfast that comes with room but the restaurant upstairs has a super good american breakfast with imported USA bacon. Best breakfast we've had in india in 3 weeks. Worth the extra money. Also get 15 percent off if staying at the hotel. The service was fantastic
The only negative is cannot take taxi directly to hotel but you can take a tuk tuk or call hotel they will send boys to carry luggage up for you. Other than that location is perfect.

HHardik SiddhpuraIf you have selected the places based on the pictures then be ready to be a bit disappointed, lower your expectations a bit the place is cheaper compared to others and that is what you will get at the price.
You have to pay for the whole stay upfront and you cannot modify later

The location is 4 km away from old city which is where you will be travelling for the roof top restaurant, temples, museum and the spots of interests.
The cleanliness in the place is alright its an old place all in all it was an average stay nothing that will really please you but nothing that will make you feel upset atleast that was in our case we saw a few upset customers so I guess we lucked out on a better room comparatively.
The skydeck roof restaurant ***** with the hotel is below par to say the least the place needs more cleanliness and follow some hygiene protocols (it was lacking to be honest) again the place is nothing like you will see in the pictures even the swimming pool is something you will never use it not safe or clean it's just a big make shift well to be put precisely.
The staff and reception were polite, well behaved and helpful. Thank you for that plus.

AAkB9Excellent stay with the family. A little rough and lengthy check in, noisy corridors with people shouting across the halls and balconies even late at night. BESIDES the above we had a fantastic stay. Very courteous and helpful staff and teams, great housekeeping, superb breakfast. Will definitely recommend and visit again.
