The environment was nice and quiet, and the hotel was clean, but the booking process wasn't as flexible as in China. Only the person who made the reservation could book the room. We had booked an extra room, but it wasn't possible to have another guest check in.

Excellent stay with the family. A little rough and lengthy check in, noisy corridors with people shouting across the halls and balconies even late at night. BESIDES the above we had a fantastic stay. Very courteous and helpful staff and teams, great housekeeping, superb breakfast. Will definitely recommend and visit again.
