We couldn't use the stay for the day we booked but we extended our stay as we were so tired and i was travel-ling with my family with 2 senior citizens among them. Cockroaches everywhere, stained blanket, dirty towels with lip stick marks on them. Bathroom tap broke as soon as i entered and geyser not working earlier. They sorted the issue with bathroom but cockroach are there like you're traveling in train. Good things were there too. Welcoming guard uncle, cafeteria people were good, guy who took care of our bags and all. Guy who answered all the issues related to bathroom and got them sorted. I know it was a mistake that i couldn't inform them that i'll not be able to reach hotel for dinner which i added to the stay package but they should talk to guests calmly the bearded guy with hairs on his head at reception counter was rude. I'll not recommend this hotel to anyone because of his behavior.

I went for darshan of maa vaishno in october 2024, the property is located near railway station only it's like 5 mins walk from station. The food in the hotel was also very nice you will feel like you are eating homely food. The staff was very polite and helpful. Overall the experience was very good.

Experience is good and found property is also good, they provided complimentary drop to us from hotel to parch i counter and than ban ganga, and later to station also after checkout. Manager is also supportive and he always say yes for every request. Other services are good, i love the view from my window i saw trikuta parvat and it was awesomely, wifi service need to improve, rest all is good

The stay was comfortable and nice. Bathrooms and rooms were also clean. The only thing that bothered me was the wifi which was not working at all. Also they only provide soap for the bathroom. At least they should provide sleepers and toothpaste. Rest was good. The staff was also nice and cooperative.
