It nice and clean but does’t have elevator for disability person.  So I ‘m asking for first floor after they give the 3 floor and they change it for me

This was my second stay at this hotel. The standard rooms are basic, no frills, but a very good value. Included are wardrobe (with safe box), desk, large bed (average comfort), fridge, modern TV, small but functional bathroom, and a balcony with sink. There is no kettle in the standard room, but in the lobby they have a kettle and sell nescafe, quick noodles, water, beer, etc. Wifi was average, cut out a few times. Daytime staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful! Location is outstanding, a short walk to Central Plaza and two night markets, and many food, bar, and massage options are steps away. There are washing machines in the car park area, which came in handy. It is true, as some have pointed out, that the loudspeakers (9AM-9PM) from Central Plaza are annoying, but with the door shut and AC on, it's a minor issue. I plan to return here for my next visit.   

This is located on ”Soi Farang”. The hotel is only about 8 years old, well maintained, and the staff is very nice. The room basic, the bathroom exceptionally nice for the price. The parking is a challenge, but they help you maneuver. Because of the condition of this Soi I will not stay here again. The area has many new hotels, however my complaint is that the city has done nothing to improve the walkways connecting Central Plaza, this street, or with the night market and on to UD Town. Broken, dangerous, dark, and dirty in between these areas. It has been the same for the 10 years I've been going there.

Full facilities for travellers. Good location, near Central Department store, Centerpoint and Preecha market. Surrounded with various food and restaurant. Located in night life area but no dangerous. Parking lot provided.
