Ottima scelta, collocato in zona perfetta per visitare il Salento, abbiamo soggiornato nella suite specchia del corno. Suite molto ampia, ideale per una famiglia, con due stanze separate divise da una zona soggiorno centrale molto grande. Vivamente consigliato il ristorante, che offre una cucina originale e molto curata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Il titolare, Salvatore, si è fatto in quattro per darci suggerimenti ed effettuare prenotazioni. Molto buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

ho conosciuto il Monforte resort in occasione di un lavoro , per la produzione di uno spot Maserati , e purtroppo non ho potuto godermi a fondo l'incredibile ospitalità di tutto lo staff e in particolare le attenzioni di Salvatore , che oltre all'alto livello professionale nell'accoglienza ed estrema disponibilità , ci ha aiutato ad aprire tutte le porte che servono ad una produzione cinematografica .La location è una struttura antica nel centro di Ugento ,con un’arredo minimale e ricercato, sia nelle parti comuni che le camere/suite , impeccabile la pulizia .Il ristorante è di altissimo livello , non ha nulla da invidiare ai più blasonati ristoranti stellati .Sicuramente ci tornerò in vacanza per godermi a tempo pieno l'immensa ospitalità di questa perla . Grazie ancora a Salvatore e a tutto lo staff per la preziosissima collaborazione .

Location stupenda, camera molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Accoglienza eccezionale da parte di Salvatore, il proprietario, e Cristian che ci ha accolto con squisita gentilezza e ha saputo soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con grande competenza e professionalità. Ottima anche la colazione. Esperienza da ripetere, grazie per l’ospitalità.

Esperienza meravigliosa , bellissimo resort , una costruzione antica nel centro di Ugento , un’arredo minimale e ricercato, con suite spaziose ed eleganti. Non da meno il ristorante dove ci siamo fermati x cena nel terrazzo sopra con una cucina gourme molto ricercata. Ma quello che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente oltre la struttura è stata la super gentilezza di Salvatore , ( il proprietario)dove ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati x tutto il periodo e così anche Cristian che con la sua massima disponibilità e professionalità ci proponeva sempre delle colazioni super!!!!!! Consigliatissimo

Location eccezionale curata nei minimi particolari con un design moderno minimal azzeccatissimo sia all'esterno che all'interno della struttura. La cena poi una favola con piatti a base sia di pesce che di carne con prodotti di primissima qualità lavorati con maestria dallo chef che merita la stella michelin. Servizio preciso e professionale...Molto apprezzato il saluto del cordialissimo proprietario Salvatore e del figlio Andrea. Da tornare al più presto.

Nous avons passé notre fin d'année au Montefort Resort, les chambres sont belles et spacieuses mais surtout Christian est juste un Hôte Formidable encore un GRAND MERCI à Toi, ta gentillesse et ton professionnalisme 👍 ça fait tellement de bien. Merci également à Andrea le patron du restaurant qui nous a concocté une super table pour le 31 à l'arrache nous avons passé une superbe soirée 👏 nous recommandons évidemment cet Hôtel.

Reunion di famiglia per il ponte dell'Immacolata: pranzo e soggiorno per 1 notte...clamoroso!!! Suite Top in contesto tra classico e moderno...il main theme è proprio questo, l'unione tra passato e presente, che ho toccato anche con gola, assaporando, tra varie eccellenze, un risotto difficile da dimenticare, un vero ritratto: acquerello, canocchia, cavolfiore affumicato e melograno...come valorizzare al meglio quello che viene di norma considerato un pesce "povero" ma che diviene decisamente ricco in questo piatto squisito. Dulcis in fundo personale preparatissimo e gentilissimo, il tempo qui si è fermato all'importanza delle buone maniere, davanti ad un camino che dona tepore.

Una bella casa con camere dotate di tutti i comforts, avevamo quella chiamata ansa del canneto, ampia e con balconcino, due cene ottime nel bel ristorante al piano terra.
