Breakfast was very good. There is no fried food and the seasoning is only gentle. The way to take it on an ordinary plate without a partition without using a tray is very smart and good. On the day I stayed, I was surprised to find my favorite bread called Masa in Gion Bologna. I was impressed with the hospitality of delivering omelets in the open kitchen to my seat. The room is clean and functional, but it's too functional, so be careful that if you put the organisms in the first night and go out for consecutive nights, the electricity in the refrigerator will be turned off and it will not work (although this is my inadvertent). Very satisfied, I will use it again.

The location was right beside Kyoto station and easily accessible. The room was spacious and with a smart TV?! Major win. There’s even a separate laundry room and dryer and sauna their customers can use. They also provided baggage storage when the room is not ready yet. Even after checking out, they allowed us to leave our baggage with them to go get a quick bite before heading to the airport. Great service and vibes. Will definitely book this hotel again for my next trip!

We stayed here for one night, I would like to stay longer.
Close to Kyoto station, but I don’t like this part of the city. Whatever I like the hotel’s concept!
It’s nice onsen hotel, where you have to take off your shoes before entering into the hotel, everywhere in the hotel is tatami, so nice to walk on.
First floor is for onsen and restaurant. It was amazing breakfast, I think I can eat different food everyday and won’t be bored! You can make yourself coffee, matcha, tea or any other beverages, can make it with ice so on. Seriously, I was surprised about your food service, I have to mention about evening ramen for everyone, it was nice to eat after visiting onsen, I also grab an iced late after.
In the resting area near the onsen gate there is free ice cream and diary beverages.

The facility was very beautiful, the lower part of the capsule was giggling, but it was quiet, not cold, not hot, and I slept well.
The note says that you can't use your phone, but if you don't hear the sound, the Internet is good.
When I was in the common space, the men and women in the smoking area were making a fuss. (Unisex?) It's nice to have fun talking, but the fuss wasn't suitable.
The washroom was crowded in the morning. There were only 4 and I felt that it was too small to make up. I thought it would be nice if the pajamas were one size larger. The locker is thin and only shoes fit. In the morning, when I was packing, a man suddenly entered the women's bed space and was surprised. I wanted you to knock on the door and say ”I'll go!” without opening it.

Location and facilities are good. Substandard quality of service and staff. The first day upon arrival, the hotel staff lost my luggage until I returned at 8pm and found out my luggage hadn’t been sent to my room. Turned out they searched everywhere and found my luggage. I had booked 3 nights stay in two different apps. The hotel staff told me to check out after two nights and check in again for the third night.

is it a comment when it was just done? It seems to be dry, but it is a kind, polite and satisfying hotel. The facilities are substantial and the large communal bath is nice. Please note that the bathhouse is changed every day for men and women. Amenity is fully equipped. , Sleeping scrolls that can be used as roomwear are also available in the room, so you can relax. It is a convenient place because it is near the station and has a good location and many restaurants. There is also a large communal bath, so I wonder if it's a great place to relax. The breakfast venue is not big, so you need to adjust the time, but I'm happy to make omelets handmade at the venue.

I and my mother stayed there for one night 20000 yen per person, with dinner and breakfast. It was a very comfortable stay. This was more like a hotel, except that we needed to walk around without your own shoes (without getting dirty feet) inside. It was fully booked on that day. We had an earlier check-in, which mean that we could enjoy our relaxing private Onsen bath without standing in line. We also tried the large onsen baths later in the evening after a long walk in the beautiful Arashiyama area nearby. It was hot, but great. One of the baths was outside in a Japanese garden. We got warmed up from the inside out, and had an ice popsicle before we went up to our room for good nights rest. We also enjoyed a huge dinner and breakfast, true local cuisine with typical taste in Kyoto that supposed to be refined and ”delicate” - you shouldn´t expect any strong taste, and correctly cooked. This supposed to be a 3-star-hotel, but the amenity was completed. We didn´t miss anything here. We thought the staff at the front desk were not amazing, but definitely not poor. We didn´t need to deal with them so much as we had good information in written form. Everything was clean and pleasant. Had absolutely nothing to complain. We would definitely love to come back again. My rating is 4 - not more or less. I certainly see that they still have a room for improvement, but overall I didn´t personally understand all the poor reviews.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights for purposes. I chose this one near the station because of the location, but the room is a business hotel type and is by no means large. Is it kept clean? I couldn't deny that the equipment was aging, so I entered the room and there was a spot that was noticeable. Although it is 2 consecutive nights, the card key will not work at 11 o'clock the next day, probably because I booked one night at a time, and an error occurred. I asked the front desk to deal with two stories, but I went to the front desk again without apologizing and went to the front desk again. From the time of check-in, I couldn't feel the service spirit at all at the front desk, and it was clerical. This hotel seems to have nothing to do with that. Because there are usually more people cleaning the room for one night, the aunt uses the entire corridor to spread the used linen in each room, and it is difficult to walk in the corridor. The elevator is also occupied by a linen transport cart around 1100-1300, and it is difficult to get there. It's okay if you just sleep, but it feels a little expensive for that room and service.

TTesla rocksThis cute Inn is located a good 12 minute walk from any station. However, you are walking through a beautiful residential area of Uji, We are local residents are living. No tourism here. Also restaurants within a few minutes. The room is bigger than most Japanese with a sofa. The bathroom is so cute and compact but perfectly usable and clean. Good water pressure and hot. I enjoyed the Sencha tea In the kitchen area. You re I a your own once you check in and Will be welcome to use the kitchen and dining areas. I would recommend us for a small family

The boss was very nice and took the initiative to help us carry our luggage. He also thoughtfully provided us with information about Kyoto’s various special cultures and the customs and customs of Kyoto! Although my Japanese is not very good, the boss still told me that this place is very suitable for whether you want to experience a Kyoto-style hotel or a backpacker alone. I stayed for the first time after the renewal this time, but it was no longer a separate inn. The room was comfortable, the view of the Uji River and the open-air bath with the room were large and comfortable. The staff was also pleasant and I want to go again if I can afford time and money. However, all dinners during the 3 nights were steak kaiseki shops, but until the first 2 nights, the chef was very good, and the meat was soft and I was able to eat very comfortably. There was a preschool child who was originally prohibited from entering the store at the last 3 night dinner (except for rental), and it was not possible to slow at all in the gaga gaga and the ugly gakinko. It seems that it was a family of your good, but I wanted the line drawing around it to be good.

The location is good to walk to Byodo in temple and long established tea shop, and the staff is professional and friendly, and the hotel itself is also maintained beautifully. The only dissatisfaction is that there is no view and the room is small, and if it thinks that it is a business hotel, this is an ordinary size. This hotel is the best hotel in the hotel near JR Uji station, and the beauty of the building room is the best

GGuest UserVery traditional Japanese style tatami. The location is very good, right in the scenic area. You can see beautiful cherry blossoms next to the river. The owner also runs a restaurant, which is very unique. There is a garden market on weekends, which is very lively, but a bit noisy. The room has no curtains and is not suitable for late risers. It is also a long way from the subway station and it is a bit difficult to walk with large luggage.
