1. According to owner of hotel, mm t allotted reservation without asking hotel management. 2. He said they don't have non ac room available. 3. Charged extra 500 for ac room. 4. Very filthy and uncleaned room. There was used diper under bed. 5. Even if he has given ac room. Ac was not working. 6. Used dishes, glasses were placed (of some other customer's) out side our room.

This hotel is a big failure on the part of guest service. Dirty rooms, dirty beds and washrooms. No towel, soaps. I paid the booking for breakfast but they denied breakfast.

Ekdum bekar service ek bar bulane pr koi n hi aa rhea tha. Extension kam n hi kr rhea tha bar bar mujhe niche aake bolna pd rhea tha. Bathroom baht ganda tha, room me dusting bhi n hi thi. Tv ke lye subah chekin time bola auro check out tk thik na hua, overall experience. aise hotel ke mai 500 bhi na du auro mujhe 400 early check-in ka. Overall ekdum bakwas,

There was an issue with staff for early check in. We have expected for early check in just before 30 min. But they didn't. Bad experience of all my friends in journey
