Hotel location was good was easily accessible but i was running late due to some of my business work i tried to connect with hotel person on shared mobile number but they didn’t respond even i called them in front of them there phone was ringing but he didn’t pickup the call and asked as what’s happening why we are calling. It’s show’s how careless they are. hotel staff gave explanation that they are busy and i was calling them from 10:30am till 6pm in evening.

Hotel was good. The staff were co operative and good mannered. Only issue was good. For lunch/ breakfast/ dinner we had to go nearby mahakaal temple which was little cumbersome. There was no direct pipeline hot water facility in the room. The server was bringing bucketful of hot water on demand. Otherwise stay was good.

Its not a hotel, but a small lodge type. We got room which was roadside n dis-tubed entire night by vehicle horns. Window was also broken n open type. Checked out next morning to stay in shipra residency near ujjain station which is worth.
