Basic amenities like table, chair, water bottle etc was missing. I booked room for my parents and they had hard time in keeping everything on bed. When they ask about water bottles, owner said they only have to manage even though my parents was willing to pay for it.

it was hopeless, worst hotel, 1000 time bad than any घटिया से घटिया धर्मशाला, no facility available, very very small room, no space for luggage, bath room are very very small, dirty and bad smell, no gyser, ac, charges are too high should not be more than 200.

Hotel location is ok but they mentioned they give mineral water, which they don't provide, hot water is also not there, it's a very small room, they cheated us

Bathroom not having basic facilities like wash basin, any device to put brush, toothpaste etc
cleanliness is poor
no waiting available space for guests behavior not customer friendly. Some waiting room for guests is essential for any hotel

Rooms were pathetic, services were minimal and some didn't even worked properly, this stay has caused huge mental inconvenience. Rooms and services were nothing as shown
