Very pleasant and a comfortable stay experience. Hotel staff very courteous and with very good services. Both quantity and quality of the breakfast & meals/food was good and very tasty. Location is apt with easy access to mahakaleshwar temple/market area. Highly recommend for your visit and stay.

Decent place for stay in ujjain. Normal check-in time is 12 o’clock, but hotel people allowed us early check-in at 10 o’clock. Room service was a bit slow. We have to call thrice for one thing. In room dining service was comparatively fast. Order was received in 15 to 20 minutes. It also offers morning breakfast, but the variety was not that great in breakfast menu. Hotel has a restaurant named status. We had lunch and dinner there. North indian food items were not that tasty, but chinese items were comparatively better. Mahakal temple is just 10 minutes from the hotel. So location of the hotel is only the lucrative point. Rooms are spacious. Renovation work was going on during stay. Hot water was available 24hours. Overall good place hence giving 3 stars

Rooms are not as per high rates. Renovation is going on without any consideration of people's staying in room. No prompt service.

I had a great experience with imperial. The staff was very polite and respectful. They also considered our early check in request. The cherry on the cake they gave us a free upgrade to executive suite.
