Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ukiah

Beautiful hotel that looks new. Location is at the end of a string of businesses, with empty space on the side and in back. Front desk staff were very good. The only thing was breakfast went until 9:30, but at 9:15 they were out of eggs, cinnamon rolls, and orange juice (at least). They eventually brought out some more eggs. Apple juice tasted like it was going bad. So if they get their breakfast service up to snuff, this will be a real go-to.

Love this place. Time to go back for another visit.

The hotel was excellent. The checkin was fast and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was so clean and the food was delicious. We will stay here every time we come to Ukiah. The staff is so helpful and friendly.

I wrote in ahead of time requesting a room on the first floor close to everything, but instead we got a room on the second floor middle of the building. It was supposed to be close to the elevator so our older friend with knee problems would not suffer from walking too much. I understand there’s no guarantee but it seems that having written far ahead something accommodating could have been arranged.

Had an amazing stay, carmen left the room immaculate, as well. She even found my necklace and had returned it to me. Thank you for that Martin the desk lobby man was so helpful and inviting. We will be returning.

Nice beds, pillows & towels. Really clean. Excellent gym space. Outdoor area comfortable and useful. Rooms extremely quiet, don't hear neighbors at all.

We do some traveling with our work. Holiday Express has never disappointed us. Loved the room

Very friendly staff, smells good as soon as I entered the lobby!! Breakfast was very good, and the hotel is located by several restaurants.

**READ** Holiday Inn in Ukiah is clean, friendly service and a lot of amenities. BUT IF YOU HAVE ASTHSMA BEWARE! They use a fragrance "subtly" in the vent system that made it impossible for me to breathe. We checked in and I immediately noticed the smell and was hoping it was just in the lobby, unfortunately it was throughout the entire hotel. We unpacked and changed for our event returned and decided we would just drive the 4 hours back home because I could not breathe, let alone sleep with this "fragrance" all night. The smell was on our clothes and luggage when we got home at 1am the next morning and we were only there for a short amount of time. The hotel would not refund us anything nor did they advertise this use of fragrance as an amenity on their website features list, so we had no idea this was a thing. If you have sensitive lungs or allergies, BEWARE.
