The dinner at the hotel is delicious and the service staff is very good. The introduction of the meal is patient and serious. In short, very satisfied! ! !

It was a nice and cool stay because of the hot springs and spas. I did not expect that the room I booked was a smoking one so I had to talk to the front desk on duty to ask if possible to change my room into a non-smoking one. Sadly, I was told that all rooms are smoking. The room was comfy enough if not because of the cigarette smoke. There was no hair dryer in the room but I had to go to the public area of women’s floor and bath just to dry up my hair. Upon Checkout, I had communication problem with the front desk staff since I paid the room online I was surprised that they charged me again. I made it sure that I booked and paid online. It took me like an hour or so to solve the issue. I’m grateful to the people who had helped me translate. To the staff on duty thanks for the patience, I know it was hard for you guys to speak English but kudos to all of you. Great efforts are appreciated. All in all the place is good for family weekend and or gatherings and outings. I’d definitely be back but I won’t use their business class room ever.

My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sp****, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.

Holidays are as satisfying as ever! There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel with charging piles, and there is also an underground parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving tourists! The breakfast on the third floor of the hotel is very characteristic of Inner Mongolia, meeting the requirements of most guests! The hotel front desk and room attendants are very friendly and serve well. They not only introduced the local food, but also sent laundry rolls and bottled water! The rooms are large in size, clean and comfortable! The only downside is that the amount of water in the shower is too small, but the water temperature is right!

There is also a small yard, there is a swing, and the health is good. The Kanban is a simple local. You can eat directly at the homestay. The hand-held lamb has no smell, although the price is a bit high. Breakfast is also good, meat buns, leek egg buns, millet porridge, pumpkin, corn, hair cakes, is enough to eat.

We arrived before 2:00 pm, the room was not cleaned, the boss let us wait for 7 or 8 minutes, and took us to the room. We set a family room, two bedrooms and a large living room. The location of the room is relatively winding. We took the elevator to the sixth floor first, and then took the stairs to the fifth floor, and went around to the neighborhood next to it. This hotel should have packed all the rooms on the right side of a door in the community as a family room, because we obviously have residents living opposite the door. The environment of the room is very good. In addition to no washing machine, I think I can add a washing machine, so that I can wash clothes for two more days in the volcano. There is no air conditioning in the room, but it will not be very hot to sleep at night. There is a refrigerator. The overall environment is good. Going out downstairs and going left, there are fireworks selling about 5 meters away. We also bought Gatlin next to us at night. The boss who bought the fireworks was quite good. He helped the child to light the fireworks and helped him put it. The location of this hotel is good, it takes less than half an hour to drive to the volcano. If you are going from the No. 8 volcano, the time will be shorter, and it will be ten minutes. There are many places to eat when we turn left from the hotel. We arrived during the day, so we didn't see it too clearly. At night, it was all lighted up from there, so it was clear that there were many places to eat.

Service attitude is very good, very warm, the boss is very good, very bright The food is authentic Inner Mongolian food. The roasted whole lamb is super delicious. The outside is tender and the lamb here has no stew. It is great. 👍🏻 When the weather is good, there is a bonfire party in the evening. The experience is full. It is great!
