The room conditions is good, and the restaurant food is vey nice

The room is clean, parking is under the building. No so much shop around hotel.

Very nice royal hotel, nice restaurant and bar. Nice city !!

Location quite out of the way compared to other train station hotels - about 10 minutes more to the town centre. Not a very nice neighborhood and walk to the station. Hotel itself is modern and clean.

Noce modern hotel, delicious breakfast and nice staff. It is amongst major construction sites at the momene so it is difficult to access and you must pay 15 euro to park. Our double room was very small.

This hotel should be a new hotel. Everything looks new. The rooms and beds are also very hygienic, comfortable and convenient. There is an underground parking lot, which is also charged separately. It seemed like 18 euros a day, but when I drove out once in the evening, I was charged another 2 euros. The location of the hotel should be on the edge of the old city, behind the train station. It is not far from the old city, but you have to walk for a while to reach the attractions. It is a bit tiring to walk from the cathedral. These cities in Germany are not Big, I say it is relative. I originally chose this place because it was close to the Opera House and the price/performance ratio was better.

Very satisfied with the hotel. The price/performance ratio is very good. It is a good hotel with a sauna for this price in Europe. The bed is comfortable and the front desk service attitude is good. I originally wanted to stay for two more nights, but it turned out that the room was fully booked the next day.

Parking fee is 18 Euro per day. The hygiene is not very good, the towels are stained and there are dirty things on the bed. At about 9 o'clock in the morning, I was sleeping when someone suddenly opened the door and said house keeping.

The service staff in the lobby are friendly and the rooms are clean and tidy. I will choose to stay again next time I have a chance

Hotel is fine but the restaurant was drama. The menu is minimal, there are only a few dishes on it. That's too bad. But we had ordered two dishes. When they came to bring one dish they indicated that they no longer had the other. If we could choose something else. That was then much too late and then you are left with 1 dish. Really really bad.

Beautiful city hotel, small underground car park, entry with a roof box is not possible. Somewhat small rooms. Great breakfast and very fair price for pets. Very friendly staff.

Arrival is made convenient thanks to access from the underground car park directly to the reception and to the room. Very professional reception, the hotel is visually very welcoming too. Beautiful decor. Cleanliness at the top, spacious room and pleasant view. Soundproof. Friendly touches, coffee capsules and mineral water. A fabulous stay!
