Very friendly staff!! And also the coffee and tea far and of course the sauna were amazing - coming again!

I ended up using a hotel designated by a local company for business travelers. Please note that this hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk staff, so if you arrive at the hotel after 22:00, you must contact the hotel in advance to receive check-in instructions.

史上最差酒店！！！ 房間濃郁煙味！！！ 床底別人遺留臟襪子！！！ 更可怕的是半夜被人狂敲門！！！！！！！！！！！ The worst hotel ever!!! Our door was knocked with "OPEN THE DOOR" shouting around 02:00 AM. How horrible! We booked two rooms (204, 205). The two rooms are interconnected. I heard a knock on the door of 205 and was awakened from sleep. I woke up my husband immediately. When we were very panicked and hadn't reacted in the very first minute, the person outside was already trying to open the door with the key card. Since I put a china cup over the handle on the inside of the door and the person outside had turned the handle, the china cup fell to the ground. But since we locked the lock inside the door, he couldn't push the door open to get in. Then he started knocking on 204's door again. At this time, my husband asked what was the matter, but the people outside only shouted "OPEN THE DOOR!" We tried to contact the reception several times, but nobody answered the phone. We contacted our booking agency. They helped to contact the reception, but there was still no answer. Our agency also told us not to open the door. In the meantime, my husband asked who was outside, and the guy told us he is the security. There is no peephole on the door, so we couldn't see what was going on outside. He kept shouting "OPEN THE DOOR!" outside. Then we told him to call the police. Good things was that police arrived in time. Then we knew the security got the complain from the guest in room 203, saying there was "bibi" sound in the neighbor room. But there was no such sound in our room. Then the security heard the sleeping music in 205 and said it should be the relaxing music. I really doubted this saying because the only neighbor of 205 was 204, which was also our room. My husband tried to communicate with the security person and asked why he didn't call us via the room phone. But the person said he did not speak English well. They could not communicated at all. However, his version "OPEN THE DOOR" really scared us. Later, we even called the ambulance to come because I felt too sacred and difficult to breath and could not stop trembling. The second day, I was still trembling. We let the booking agency to contact the hotel about what happened last night. The hotel only said it was not dealt appropriately, but even not apologized to us formally.

I stoped here during my come back travel to Italy. Good position and very calm and clean room. A little too much expensive the breakfast.

Great hotel if you are travelling for business. The staff was really nice and helpful. My room was tidy and quiet. There is a coffee machine in the rooms and a kettle for tea. I just wish they would not have forgotten to exchange a used coffee capsule for a new one. Otherwise no complaints about the room though. The sauna is great, yet the spa area is not very big, so anything above 2 people feels crowded. The breakfast buffet was really good, with plenty of choice and freshly made eggs and omeletts could be ordered. If you don't fancy eating in the restaurant of the hotel there is an italian place not far, 5-10min walk.

Travelled with a party of around 25 people from a car club. The worst hotel we stayed in on our 10 day trip. Bland rooms very hot ,and quite basic. The evening meal was indifferent and breakfast very average. Located away from town and really nowhere we could socialize. OK for a business overnight providing you eat out. Overall service etc was poor/ Will not be staying here again

I know a lot of reviews stated that the rooms where hot. Since the outdoor temperature during our stay was around 25 Celsius we figured - how bad can it be. Well - bad. In addition smoking is encouraged on the balcony - ash trays on every table. Window open and melt in an uncomfortably hot room or be woken up by smoke and conversations all through the night ????? People actually insisted that they weren’t loud. HAHAHA we and the other guests would not have woken up and we would not have asked you to be more considerate at 4 in the morning. Long story short - we will not be staying there again. If you need a room when it is 20 degrees Celsius outside and you smoke - go for it. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were small, but clean.

The adjacent bar and restaurant is not connected to the hotel. The frontdesk has no clue what is going on there. I was rejected to eat/drink due a to private party which the front desk was not aware about. There is a vending machine next to the reception, but it is ruining you. 2,5euro for a 0,25dl sparkling water! Nor was it refilled during my stay and it was almost empty. My room was not well prepared upon my 3 days stay. There was missing cups, glasses and Nespresso capsels. Nor soap in the shower. The beds are okay, but window fronting to the hotel entrance is too noisy. No Aircondition. Rooms are very warm. The room need maintenace, it does not look up to date. My room was not cleaned on the second day. I left the room quite early and put out the note telling the cleaners it was ready for them. Facing the reception to confront this issue, it occured that the reception was not manned and was only available by phone! The breakfast... Is a very simple hotel breakfast. Not worth the money, not even close. Free parking though.

Cleanliness is something they don't know, despite they say they hygienize the room super carefully because of corona. Dirty teaspoons, dirty toilet cups (with toothpaste from previous guest), dirty ground(foot) towels (with stains), long hair on the soap, dust everywhere like the last time they cleaned was before corona. They made a mistake with the reservation and got the wrong room. No one to complain with neither at 21 nor at 9.30. missing publicized services. Missing everything. No personnel. Just go elsewhere.

Absolute disaster! The worst BW! Horrible service, or rather there is no service at all! Short and sweet and on the go (both already fully dressed - jacket etc.) when checking in - and then they were never seen again. The reception is never manned. They say from 10 p.m. onwards you can only get in with your key card. After a walk around 5.30 p.m. I was surprised when 6 (!) people were standing at the door, hoping that my card would work. It did. No sign of staff! Check-out only possible from 9 a.m. (?) - but there was no information about this when checking in. The telephone number provided there (sign at the reception) is empty, or no one is available. Unbelievable!

The room and bathroom were relatively small, but adequate for two nights. Apart from the dusty window sill, everything was very clean. We arrived later in the evening and it was already dark outside. Unfortunately, it was also dark in the room because the ceiling lighting was broken. The receptionist was not very impressed by this problem. There were no words of apology and unfortunately no remedy was found in two days. Breakfast was quite expensive at around 19 euros per person. On the first morning everything was fine. Fresh scrambled eggs and a good selection at the buffet. On the second morning, however, we had the misfortune of arriving for breakfast at 8 a.m. after a large conference group. We were greeted with the words: "There are no eggs in any form today, they're sold out." Great. Pretty much everything else was "sold out" too. The buffet was relatively empty and nothing was being refilled. Even the coffee cups were "sold out." We then found something ourselves and ate the pitiful leftovers. At least the receptionist was kind enough to waive the breakfast fee when we checked out. All in all, it was a mixed stay.

After a long time, I was a guest at the Atrium again. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable! The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at reception. The breakfast selection is plentiful and everything is freshly prepared. The restaurant is highly recommended, they place great value on regional products. Just keep it up!

I book a room for 2 adults + a child. These rooms are only on the ground floor. I was given a room overlooking the entrance and for this reason I could not keep the windows open. Very hot room and the 4 star hotel does not have air conditioning (I discovered this once I arrived). The next day they changed my room without problems and with kindness. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes drive from Ulm centre. Comfortable. The rooms are small and the bathroom is also really small. Clean although not very well. For a short stay it's fine. I would go back but at the right price.

You should never be fooled by a friendly, modern, air-conditioned lobby - that is our conclusion. Here are some points that we would like to warmly recommend the hotel to improve: 1) Our room "greeted" us in a stuffy, hot state. We felt cramped in this very small room. 2) There is no air conditioning in this room or at least no ventilation! 3) You cannot leave the door or window open to ventilate. The balcony is not private, guests next to it, or even anyone, can access the balcony. The arrangement of the windows/balcony doors is not burglar-proof. 4) Some of the wallpaper is torn off (we paid 106.- for the overnight stay alone without breakfast) 5) The carpet on the floor is covered in stains 6) There is no small refrigerator 7) The bathroom is very small, so you can hurt your feet if you are sitting on the toilet and your partner tries to open the door 8) The sliding door of the shower was jammed - you could only close it with a lot of skill and force 9) The shower head holder has not been cleaned for ages - brown deposits inside are evidence of this 10) The fan in the bathroom was very loud, so you had to be careful to turn the light off as quickly as possible so that the noise would finally stop (after a delay) 11) The constant noise from the street, especially the frequent city buses, as well as the constantly arriving guests who park cars and motorcycles, disturb the peace considerably. The table on the balcony had not been cleaned for a long time. The ashtray was not empty. You can also mention that it is a non-smoking room and that you cannot assume that this is the case, also because people next to you on the balcony and people below the balcony often smoke and this smoke obviously comes through the open window. 12) The signage for finding the lobby is insufficient. You have to look around the building first. 13) The price for breakfast costs 19 euros per person - we have never experienced such high prices for breakfast. 14) With the free WiFi access, you CANNOT view the terms and conditions of use before agreeing. A no-go! It is an offer from a third party provider. We did not use it because of this - a reduction in value! 15) In order to write feedback, you have to accept that the information you provide (name, email, address) ends up in a Best/Western database and you cannot opt ​​out of receiving offers from Best/Western afterwards. Are you serious? Don't be fooled by the beautiful, atmospheric pictures on the hotel's website. It doesn't look anything like that - neither outside nor in the rooms. At least the staff were friendly, even if we were dealing with some ignorant student assistants on a 450 euro income level. What bothered us most was
