Very good breakfast and functional desk in the rooms. Perfect for business and educational trips. I will come again.

Very good location, small but clean and comfortable room

Chain hotel, normal level, no surprises, that's normal, fortunately I just slept and checked out the next day

Economy hotel, ok, but the bed is a bit small, and there are two ibis, it's easy to mix them up

Very affordable and clean. Close to the theater and other places to visit. Next door is the bus and tram stop to go wherever you want! I recommend 👍✅

Good location and very nice staff. Was my first time here but staff made me feel like a regular guest. It is located just outside of the city centre. The Munster is 5 minutes walking away. The Donau maybe 10.

Stayed one night here as I was passing through Germany on a road trip. Very spartan, but if you don't mind just somewhere to lay your head that's close to the city center (5 mins walk or less), then this hotel fits the bill. Some free street-parking a block away, but can be hard to find a spot. Interestingly, during my stay none of the key cards were working. The Staff had to come open our door every time we wanted in our room. Inconvenient, sure, but the Staff cheerfully did their job and so I didn't complain. Kudos to them

We stayed at IBIS Ulm City and it was the worst expereince we have had staying in hotels under the Accor banner. Housekeeping was on a restricted schedule due to COVID, which meant no room cleaning and you had to take your towels and bath mate down to reception to exchange for a clean set of towels. No of this was mentioned when making the initial booking. A blood stained doona was on our bed which capped off a most unpleasant stay. To the credit of a very good IBIS staff member, Melanie we received a two day accommodation credit and a two day parking credit. We sent a written complaint to the hotel General Manager and received a generic reply. Extremely disappointing

The location is perfect. Easy access with car and few minutes walking to the cathedral, old town, train station and restaurants. The hotel is an vintage Ibis, from many, many years ago. I presume it will be renovated soon. However, perfect location and very polite and friendly service.

The hotel is clean and the room was spacious for 1 night. It is centrally located a few miniyes walk to town and has safe easy underground parking. There is a bakery nect door which does nice pastries for breakfast. Staff are friendly. No problems at all.

I have stayed in Accor group hotels around 20-30 times. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was absolutely inadequate. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Dirty toilets. Reception was overwhelmed. Never again Ulm.

Hyper-center location that can be reached by simply crossing the main artery located 50 meters from the entrance. Pleasant room with a mini bathroom/WC. Also calm despite the heavy traffic nearby which could have made people fear the worst. Excellent breakfast to be had in a room, although not mini at all!! Do not hesitate, when booking, to ask for a parking space, there is space in the basement. Pleasant and welcoming person. Good address.

Positive: The super friendly reception, the cheerful team and the good breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles - really delicious). The room was simple but clean and in a quiet location. The bed, however, was by far the worst I've ever had in an Accor hotel: two single beds pushed together to make a double bed; the beds tended to drift apart, especially the dented toppers that kept slipping. What was really unacceptable: one of the bed covers had a large hole in it. Really, that shouldn't happen for the price of the room. One day the room was forgotten to be cleaned, but otherwise the cleaning was very good! The shower gel container in the shower cubicle in the bathroom was empty when I arrived, but was replaced after I informed reception.
