Nice modern hotel, we chose a queen bed room which was adequate. Mattress was really comfortable! There is air conditioning which was very nice!
Those with allergies should perhaps know that the rooms have carpeted floors.
Outside parking 15 €, we honestly found it too expensive.
Breakfast buffet was nice, fully automatic coffee machine with fair trade coffee, tea selection, fresh ginger and lemon... delicious croissants... the great thing, you can have breakfast on the terrace...
The staff were all very friendly :-)

This a really nice hotel in every aspect. The rooms are larger and extremely comfortable and are spotless. The bar area is really nice and welcoming. The restaurant is very good and the quality of food is very good. The breakfast is one of the best I have had at a hotel in Europe. The staff are very helpful and extremely friendly nothing is to much trouble. The hotel has underground parking with a fee payable per night. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the city center and the train station. Once in the center there are many restaurants to choose from and if you have time at the weekend you can explore the old town of Ulm just a couple of minutes from the city center. I will recommend this hotel to colleagues who come to work in Ulm and also friends and family if they visit Ulm. Thank you to all the staff and management who made my stay so enjoyable..

This is a nice, clean, quiet and generally comfortable hotel. Decently priced. At walking distance from the train station, and from all the central places that have to be visited in this beautiful, hospitable, charming city. They should include the breakfast in the price of the room. Or make it a less costly extra. Because there are a lot of other options for that in the immediate neighbourhood, where one can find many wonderful café-bakeries, groceries, charcuterie and cheese stores, etc. The thermostat in the room cannot be used. The air temperature/ventilation system is central, not under the guest’s control. This could be a problem. For us, it was not warm enough, notably while sleeping. The check-out time is at 11h00. It should be at noon, like most other hotels.

This is a beautiful hotel. Great location. Pleasant staff and great rooftop bar. Italian restaurant on your doorstep and make sure to book the city view room. Amazing views. Clean rooms. The only negative would be the air conditioning wasn’t very strong.

The adjacent bar and restaurant is not connected to the hotel. The frontdesk has no clue what is going on there. I was rejected to eat/drink due a to private party which the front desk was not aware about. There is a vending machine next to the reception, but it is ruining you. 2,5euro for a 0,25dl sparkling water! Nor was it refilled during my stay and it was almost empty. My room was not well prepared upon my 3 days stay. There was missing cups, glasses and Nespresso capsels. Nor soap in the shower. The beds are okay, but window fronting to the hotel entrance is too noisy. No Aircondition. Rooms are very warm. The room need maintenace, it does not look up to date. My room was not cleaned on the second day. I left the room quite early and put out the note telling the cleaners it was ready for them. Facing the reception to confront this issue, it occured that the reception was not manned and was only available by phone! The breakfast... Is a very simple hotel breakfast. Not worth the money, not even close. Free parking though.

Clean hotel. Family room but maximum 4 people. The exit ticket from the car park is made at the reception for an amount of 18 €.
The restaurant offers a buffet for the evening at the mrix of 34 € / adult. The breakfast buffet is very good, very rich and varied.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Garni am Zehntstadl for several nights while visiting friends and touring Ulm. We had a spacious room with a bathroom that had good shelf space to store our toiletries. The staff was terrific -- very friendly, helpful and responsive. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The hotel is spotless and well maintained. A bus stop is about two blocks away with a bus that takes about 12 minutes to take you into the center of Ulm. We had no issues with the WiFi. Be aware, though, that there is no elevator, and no air conditioning. Despite that, we would easily stay here again.

GGuest UserVery friendly and helpful staff, small but nice hotel in a very central location. The hotel is within a minute walk from the adjacent parking house (Salzstadl). The rooms are modernly furnished (some of them may be a little small) and very clean, “Allround soap” is available in donors, so that not so much waste is produced and towels are sufficiently available. The breakfast room is a little small, but there is a good and extensive breakfast buffet. There are only a few minutes to the Münster and the pedestrian area!

GGuest UserWe had an wonderful stay at the Comfor in all aspects. The cleanliness of the rooms and dining/kitchen areas were excellent. The staff are super helpful, professional and friendly. We have stayed on numerous occasions and in different seasons it is cosy in Winter and cool in the Summer, beds are comfy and showers hot and powerful. There is a delicious breakfast available which includes freshly cooked bacon and eggs, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, assorted lovely breads, pastries, cheeses, meats and juices. The coffee is great! The parking under the hotel is very handy and there is also a tram quite close by to connect to the hotel if arriving by train. Restaurants and The Munster are just a short walk away and it’s lovely to stroll the old town. We will continue to visit this wonderful home away from home and thank you for looking after us so well we really appreciate everything you do for us each time we stay, you are all fabulous.

GGuest UserUseful pretty hotel, easy to reach by train or car, with possibility of parking, outside (free) or in the private garage; very near to the city center, just above the old fascinating fishermen’s medieval quarter. Our room vas at the top floor, very pretty and quite silent, considering the proximity of the railway. Staff is nice and pleasant, I think here you can find the best quality/price ratio in the city center.

This little hotel was exaxt the thing we wanted! On the ground floor there is located a nice coffee shop/Restaurant, there you get the key for your room. Everything was clean and tidy, the location perfect, very central in the middle of the pedestrian zone. For breakfast you only go down the stairs and you have your coffee shop. Very friendly staff! Bicycles were allowed to spend the night in the corridor.

It is a great hotel for the price. Has codes for the door, breakfast was included and location was right in the center. Easy access to public transport and walking distance to lots of stores. Would recommend.
