I always come here when I go to Ulsan. The location is good, the nearby food alleys are also nearby, and it's really good to walk to the riverside. First, I booked and used a premier standard room.
First of all, I felt like they did their best to explain my requests during check-in.
I also liked the detailed and slow explanation of using the hotel.
Each and every staff member on the first floor was very kind and attentive.
Even inside the hotel, Shilla Hotel's unique attention to detail and attention to detail could be seen, so it was fun to compare the differences with other hotels.
However, the disappointing thing is that I felt that the cleaning was not done well. I checked in at 3 o'clock and went up immediately, but there was dust on the receiver side... and dust on the window side...
There were gummy food stains on the desk too, so I was very disappointed.
The soundproofing wasn't very good, so even though it was on a high floor, the sound of cars passing by and the sound of doors opening and closing in other rooms spread like an echo, so I think it's something to consider if you're a sensitive sleeper.
And the toothbrush provided at the hotel... the bristles of the toothbrush kept falling out while brushing my teeth... so I thought about buying a toothbrush...

The location of this hotel is great. I spent a night here with my friends and after a great sleep in their very comfy rooms, we grabbed a very good and delicious breakfast at the hotel buffet and then we went walking hoping to find a cute coffee shop. I'm not kidding when I tell you we found almost 7 extremely cute coffee shops just 10 mins away by foot. Besides the location, their facilities are pretty great. Their rooms are big and clean, with very comfortable beds and also a great bathroom with a large vanity and a really nice bathtub.

Hotel service was very good. I arrived late at 9pm after working in Ulsan first, and the staff was very friendly, from parking information to places to eat nearby. Breakfast is also great value for money! It was a clean, easy-to-eat Korean buffet in the morning, and the food tasted very good.

I really cannot fault this hotel. Comfortable room, well made up every day, friendly and welcoming staff, clean, breakfast to satisfy just about everyone. The buffet dinner was a little overpriced and did not vary much but there are plenty of places to eat in the neighborhood. My highlight was the pool and spa. The hours did not always fit my schedule but I was sometimes able to swim before dinner when the pool was almost empty. Recommended.

The location is pretty convenient so that we can walk and look around Lotte mart and Hyunda department store. The room is so clean enough to make me feel refresh. I had a tight sleep. The breakfast is the best one i have had ever. I will go and stay there next time when i have a chance.

I had a good rest for 2 nights. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and I would like to stay at this hotel again when I visit Ulsan next time. There is E-Mart right next to it, Taehwagang Station, and a department store just a short walk away. I had a great trip to Ulsan.

First, you can take an indoor half-body bath while looking at the sea. Be sure to bring bath salts with you.
You can go directly to the beach from the first floor of the hotel. There are many restaurants on the beach, so it is good for dining.
The hotel doesn't have its own breakfast buffet, but there are many restaurants nearby so it's not a problem.
It was the most satisfying hotel I've ever been to.

Hheyitsannei really enjoyed my stay. the receptionists were kind and also spoke english which was nice. located near many restaurants and bus stop. location wasn’t too far from all the spots i wanted to visit in ulsan. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. i was placed on the 12th floor so it was very quiet except one night i heard a loud group once. other than that, very quiet. would recommend!

The parking space was small, so I set it up on the street, but there was no inconvenience and the convenience store was a minute walk away. Maybe it's because there's nothing around, so there's almost no place to deliver food The facilities are very satisfactory for the price. The toilet, bathtub and washing place are separated, so it's very clean, with bidet and water pressure. Personally, I don't care about the view, but it was an ocean view, but it was nice to see the sea. I used it in a very important way because I had a styler.
