The hotel felt very safe and was in a nice area of the city. They provided excellent service and reviewed all the details with us. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is located near the city hall. It is quite clean and the staff were very helpful. The swimming pool is big enough, however it only opens from 3 pm to 9 pm.

Hotel staff are friendly I liked that the amenities were luxurious and the hotel location was convenient. I think I'll come here again next time. I'm satisfied with the price.

After using it, the facilities and price were good, so I sent my parents to go there for a short weekend vacation. He seemed satisfied. I especially like La Flora rooftop bar.

The location was nice and clean, but the noise from outside disturbed my sleep.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. There is a terrible odor coming from the bathroom toilet. A sewer-like smell keeps rising and the water pressure seems a bit weak. If you don't close the bathroom door, you can't use it. Hot water doesn’t work well! I thought it would take a while for it to come out, but even that was too cold to use in the winter. It was clean and nice except for the bathroom, but I couldn't leave it out. And the room slippers looked strange(!). It's very uncomfortable. You'll see when you go there.

It would have been better if the location was near a department store, but it's a good place to rest quietly~!!

Don't you usually book a hotel so that if it's hot outside, you'll be comfortable inside, and if it's cold outside, you'll want to be warm and comfortable inside? . The whole hotel was just too cold. Breakfast was delicious, but it was so cold that it was very uncomfortable. Not only was the room cold, but I called twice to raise the temperature. The male counter staff was very unfriendly. The service was really bad. This hotel was so bad that it was just a waste of money…

I visited on a business trip, and there are many restaurants nearby and the hotel is clean. Although it was mechanical parking, there was no major inconvenience.

This is a hotel I visit often. I visit it because it is good for children to play in the water. The rooftop pool has a nice atmosphere and is good for children to play in the water, but the staff is not that friendly.

I used it because there was external training. The room was clean and the bedding was good, so I slept well.

Since it was Sunday, I got a good night's sleep at a discounted price. However, it was a shame that I couldn't use all the other places because it was Sunday. All I could do was sleep comfortably.

Location is great. Heating is better compared to Toyoko Inn Hotel. I 10000% plan to continue using it when the special price comes out.
