Amenities were excellent for a get away from city. The view from the balcony is majestic

The view is very nice with fresh air and surrounding with nature forest.

Breakfast arrangement was not managed properly, realising its was festival season. Many of us need to seat outside cafeteria and food, plates, cups was shortage.

2nd time staying at this resort. Wonderful view room the room. Room is sparkling clean. Thanks for the complimentary snacks and coffee. Beautiful swimming pool. Wonderful stay at the Haven.

Haven is really a peaceful place if u want to be away from d busy life... Lovely pool and jacuzzi... Breakfast was good....

Peaceful n tranquil surroundings. Spacious suite with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great food n service at Cuisine Restaurant.

Apartment style resort. Three blocks. Stayed in Block A (Acacia) 2 bedroom horizon suite. All in we had a pleasant stay. Very large clean space with kitchen, dining, hall, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First bedroom had a king size bed with attached bathroom. The second room had a queen size bed. Another bathroom is common type. And kitchen also comes with coway water dispenser, microwave and fridge. Good atmosphere and surrounding. Breakfast spread was simple but delicious. Cakes spready was marvellous and tasted awesome! Other common items like fried noodles, nasi lemak, egg and noodle soup stations, breads/croissont/muffin, wedges/sausages, beef bacon, fruits. Only comment i have is instead of the nescafe machine in the room, would prefer to have the coffee sachets. And the condiments (snacks, nescafe pods) are only free for the first night of stay.

An awesome resort to enjoy the lush greenery, the sounds of nature and admire history just in front of every lakeside unit. My 2nd visit to Haven. Staff was super and went out of their way to make sure my group of 08 family/friends, including elderly was well looked after. Special thanks to Manna and Miguel Appu from the restaurant for the A1 attentiveness and hospitality. We felt so welcome and the staff was always smiling. Thank you to Fook Kuan, our driver/guide who brought us around as we had booked the Haven van to do some sightseeing around Ipoh/Gopeng. Thank you for your help in ensuring we had a great trip. My friends were very happy and we will definitely come back to Haven again.

Service yang mesra semasa sampai ke the haven. Facilities ada swimming pool, kids corner, pets corner, pony, Food for breakfast ada variety local food, desert, with a condusive view Ralat sikit sebab bila stay at suite, ada dapur elektrik.. tetapi tidak boleh digunakan.. jika mahu menggunakan dapur elektrik dan peralatan2, perlu bayar rm150 tambah

This is my 2nd time staying here... All are goods as expected.. except.... 1) day 1 breakfast break my heart.... But day 2 was tasty..☺️ 2) air cond in the master room is leaking when the switch is on too long

Our second stay. Had a wonderful experience, whole family including my 2 toddlers loved n enjoyed the stay. We will definitely come back. Had a zen trip here. Entire duration of 4 nights, v did not leave the resort at all, had a wonderful n relaxed time here

My first time staying at this hotel with family. The view is really amazing. My parents really in love with this place. I will make sure we will come back again in future for family trip.

It was really fantastic place to stay. The balcony view was priceless. The location ideal away from town & great service. Will go back again if going to IPOH again.

A gem nestled in a large forestry, clean and comfortable bedding with excellent service from the team. Breakfast was also good with wide variety of choices.
