I was disappointed with my stay at the resort as it felt more like suites than a true resort experience. The accommodations were comfortable, but the overall atmosphere and amenities didn't quite live up to my expectations of a resort. I was hoping for more recreational activities and a livelier ambiance. However, the staff was friendly and the location was convenient, but it just didn't give me the full resort experience I was looking for.

Nice, quiet, relaxing stay at The Haven. The room was very big with a kitchenette, a sitting area and a balcony. The view from the balcony was fantastic! Excellent breakfast spread, and the staff were very attentive. Not near the city centre or the popular caves (about 20 mins away by car), but can call for Grab easily.

The resort is beautiful. I feel like I don’t need to go to Jinghu Lake. The lake in the hotel is just a Jinghu Lake. The service attitude is also good.
