No cleaning, no water, no replacement of towels and shampoo.

Problem checking in took about 40minutes but I think this was trip.com fault as wanted payment when I clearly showed it fully paid before hand.
The place was clean and seemed new self check in machines not working and staff looked over worked and stressed.
Breakfast was terrible as compared to other chains under cooked food and to be fair other guests being too greedy and taking all the breakfast items.

The hotel is modern, clean and located in a good spot to explore the town and 25 mins from Windermere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered to make me fresh poached eggs even though there were plenty on the breakfast counter. Free parking and a nice view of the river and lighthouse. Great value for money and the food was good for the prices. I would definitely stay again.

Good food, comfy rooms, friendly staff and atmosphere, had a good laugh with Sam and the rest of the staff, found me a seat at the restaurant even though they where rushed off their feet. Amazing surroundings too, only drawback is not much room in the carpark

We were a Coach party of 52. We had a very friendly welcome on arrival. Food was fantastic. Great location 10/10 all round, could not recommend this hotel enough. special thankyou to Sam and her team for making our stay a pleasant experience.

I grew up here, visited for local festivities and was let down by the dirty cups, used bins, stained towels and grimey chrome work. Paid £104 for one night. Not worth the money

What can I say but wow! Where to start…Housekeepers do a great job room was spotless. Evening meal is a must food was delicious and service was excellent. Janet was so attentive from checking us in to serving us food and later reassuring us about a situation. Give her a coconut. All the staff were great and breakfast was spot on too.

Love this Premier Inn for its location and enjoyable stay.....Seemed more busy than our usual stays here but still very good and staff worked hard (as believed short staffed) just got one name of the staff who worked extremely hard (Tyler) Well done all and as said was very busy this particular weekend.
