Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station.
I would like to give compliment to Trip.com customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from Trip.com and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues.

Nice hotel and nice family room - even without a window. Air-condition could have been better - with 5 persons it was quite warm in the room. Dinner was ok (not that delicious for children, but there were pancakes for them) - was not waiting much because it included in the price. Breakfast was good and high quality (eco and near products).

It is a basic hotel with average standard. Rooms were ok, and everything was clean. Breakfast was basic but still good. Dinner, which was included was much better than I expected and worth to stay for. Great people working in the reception.

Hier op doorreis vanuit West Zweden naar Finland. Perfect hotel, grote kamer, een dubbele kamer met in totaal 6 bedden. Fraai sanitair. Goede sauna in het hotel. Ontbijt was lekker vroeg zodat we om 07h00 bij de ferry naar Vaasa konden zijn. Gratis diner voor hotelgasten, wat ook super is als je op doorreis bent met kinderen.
