Our 162 rooms are located on floors 6 thru 13 of the newly built Vaven Complex. We offer room sizes from small, medium, large to extra-large. All rooms face towards a panoramic window, ensuring that you will always wake up with a view of the city or the river.
Upon arrival you will be greeted by something totally different to a traditional hotel desk. You will meet our continental indoor square within Umea’s cultural hub Vaven, including the city library, bakery, cafes, deli, restaurants and a flower shop. An unconventional lobby and multi choice hotel restaurant all rolled into one.
The check in and check out is quick and easy at our digital check in counters (similar to ones used in airports). As you enter the indoor square you will find the counters next to the elevators, which after check in, takes you to your room. If you need assistance, staff can always be found, either at the check in counter or just a phone call away using the hotel phone by the check in counter.Show More

Snyggt o trendigt hotell med toppenläge. Vi hade fin utsikt från 9:e våningen. Frukosten mycket god. Enda förbättringsförslaget: glasdörr eller åtminstone bredare glas mellan toalett o dusch. Nu blev golvet rätt vått då man duschade.

Helt ok boende, fina rum och sköna sängar.
Dock var städningen under all kritik, väldigt dammigt både i rummen och på allmäna ytor, stora dammtussar på takbjälkar och allmänt ostädat. Frukosten hade en del att önska med barn i sällskapet.

Enkelt att checka in, rummet var väldigt fint och rymligt. Fint stort fönster som släppte in mycket ljus. Enda nackdelen var frukosten som var riktigt dålig. Väldigt litet utbud och bacon med äggröra var bland de sämsta jag ätit på hotell. Så pass dålig frukost att jag endast åt frukost en morgon av tre.
