Coming from London to SA for the first time , I was a little worried about my safety. But this hotel has got a good sense of security and It’s a worth the price . They have nice and clean environments. I recommend this to anyone who wants a comfortable stay but affordable.

Great service and very helpful. Went out of their way to help with kids and cater for them. Location is above a BMW dealership and entrance was hard to find. Rooms can have complimentary toiletries and slippers. Just the little things missing. All in all a great stay.

Hilton is great staff are very helpful and do there job with a smile. Rooms are decent and views aren't so bad. Very close to malls and food places. Stayed a few times during ramadaan and found the hotel caters for muslim guests that are fasting which is great not forgetting the hotel is muslim friendly which means you can have some of the meat products without having to worry if it's halal or not. Will definitely return

Very clean, beautiful view, ideal location to beach and to the mall

Overall a really good hotel to visit on a budget. I found most of their amenities were above expectation, although the dryer was not operating properly. The staff is very enthusiastic but at times feels absent minded as requests were either forgotten or not followed through.

Umhlanga is a beautiful location, it is safe, clean and easy going. There is a nearby beach 🏖 with an amazing whale bone pier and stunning views. The large gateway mall is a 7-10mins walk and is filled with all kinds of entertainment, food, shopping experiences you may need. The hotel service is good. Ultimate highlight of my trip was the pool 🏊‍♀️ clean and never busy.

The surrounding scenery is good. But because the windows are sealed and there are no windows and doors, the ventilation equipment is always on and cannot be closed, which is a bit noisy; Some meals in the hotel restaurant are not fresh, especially fruits and seafood

It would be perfect if the bathroom toilet can be upgraded to a smart toilet😍
