This hotel is nice, the environment is very good, the service attitude is also very good, the check-in is very fast, and I will choose this hotel next time if I go on a business trip. There is a German restaurant in the hotel, you can try German beer.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but after my experience at Barako, I felt it was necessary to warn others. We went there for a family dinner and were seated outside on the benches. Within minutes, we were swarmed by mosquitoes, which kept biting us relentlessly. It was so bad that we had to ask to be moved inside after just a short while. To make matters worse, as we were trying to enjoy our meal indoors, we spotted cockroaches crawling around. As someone who works in the health industry, I was truly appalled. A clean and hygienic environment is essential in any food establishment, and this was far from it. Cockroaches are a serious health hazard, and it's alarming that the restaurant is allowing them to be so visible. I would highly recommend that the management take immediate action to address these issues. Both pest control and proper maintenance of outdoor spaces should be a priority, as mosquitoes and cockroaches are not only unpleasant but can also carry diseases. We won’t be coming back, and I would advise others to think twice before dining here. To the restaurant: Please take hygiene and customer comfort seriously. It’s 2024—there are no excuses for this kind of neglect.

i was recently at the october fest with my family in that indian restaurant and l did not like the receiption and the food. I noticed that the chefs had a large and unkempt beard like a pirate. Afterwards we had a stomach ache me and my family because of the food. Can you also make good cakes because your cakes are terrible and messy. please make your waiters to be hospitality friendly and welcoming because we had a terrible time. l aqm not coming back again to pearl hotel

Room was outdated. Did not feel safety when it comes to door lock system. Complicated safety box. TV channels menu is standing board not updated. TV channel operating guidelines not clear. Beach was very dirty looks like a lake mud in the water. Inside the water u find plastic bags/ cloths etc.. very disappointing stay. Room rates are not matching with the facilities. I was given comment card to write feedback about my stay & I wrote some feedback & no one even contacted me. All day dining restaurant staff was good very basic breakfast & try the dinner as well it was good.

The food at Little Bavaria restaurant in the Pearl Hotel was far below standard. Our meal arrived cold, and nothing justifies the ridiculous wait. One male waiter Astle told me multiple times that the chefs were still preparing the food in the kitchen, but the delay was unacceptable. Almost 45 minutes past the expected time, Astle finally arrived with our food, by which point my family was hungry and frustrated. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were only met with excuses and empty apologies. Unfortunately, that did nothing to address the poor service or the cold food. There was no offer of compensation or any real effort to fix the situation, which left us deeply disappointed. We won’t be returning to Little Bavaria again because of the staff rudeness and cold food. There are plenty of excellent restaurants that actually care about their customers, but this is not one of them. Take your business and your money elsewhere.
