They don't have a restaurant of their own. Sagar ratna is there, everything is managed by sagar ratna. The bill can't be put on room since it is a separate outlet, so payment has to be done upfront like a normal restaurant

Very well maintained hotel. Cleanliness n hygiene well maintained. The suite was very comfortable n we were at ease of home. Food served was very good n i highly recommend this hotel

I have booked two executive rooms. Mountain view was just ok. There was a common terrace to enjoy tea/snacks outside the room under good weather. Hotel is just ***** the main road and close to chintpurni temple commuting in car. Sagar ratna is within the hotel premises with good food and service. There is no food outlet or restaurant of the hotel itself. Rooms were clean and cosy with centralised ac and hot water and other basic things. There was no fridge within the executive room which was quite disappointing!

We were a family group of 5 & had booked the presidential suite. The hotel looked presentable from the outside & was well constructed inside, however those were the only 2 positives. Once we entered the hotel & approached the check in desk / reception, it all went downhill from there. None of the staff (except the door ***) was interested to even acknowledge our presence, not to check in, to serve and not to even check us out. The same was the case with the in house branded "sagar ratna" restaurant staff. Cleanliness as well as maintenance were non existent throughout the property. In our "presidential suite, we found the only tap in the wash basin broken, broken tv remote, broken telephone, a missing ceiling fan, 4 non working lights and filth & foul smell everywhere. The view from the room was an empty plot being used as a garbage dump by the entire neighborhood

It’s a nice hotel to stay but prices are comparatively high which should be looked into and packages should be given with the option of free breakfast or dinner without adding to the prices.

The location is good. Food is average. Extensive menu but it is hardly available. The bathrooms are not good. Water splashes everywhere, at least they should provide a wiper.
