Love this hotel - stylish yet comfortable. A total surprise when you first come down the narrow lane to the entrance. Hats off to the designer. Rooms had a clean, functional design. Staff were lovely, going the extra mile for each guest. Meals were excellent. Beer available, but byo wine to dinner. (There's an extensive wine shop on the corner) Located close to the beach. Good laundry service is available, which we used.

This review is just for the restaurant that we ate in when passing. Friendly and helpful service but very small pizzas (8 inch/20cm) and a seafood noodle dish that included chicken and chicken bone somewhat detracted from the meal despite the food being good.

Trip a deal group Friendly caring staff, clean, great food, lovely rooms and bathrooms. Good location, on quiet alley but close to beach front. Rooms located around central garden with greenery hanging, just relaxing and calming environment.

We pull up at Epic Unawatuna and it’s a quaint boutique style hotel. Clean tidy and nicely set out. Happy and relaxed and we have no real expectations . The surprise happens when you order your meal from a nice well thought out menu. The staff are truly wonderful. Exceptional service that is beyond expectations. The food arrives and it is tasty authentic and pleasing to both the palette and the eye. I would highly recommend this little gem for a wonderful holiday but be sure to leave room for a hearty meal that is cooked fresh and indict tasty by Chef Mr Sumith and be prepared for exceptional service that goes above and beyond expectations by Mahesh and Luxman who will all make your stay wonderfully memorable.

Do not let the exterior mislead you. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally pleasant, tidy, and inviting. Special commendation goes to ALL the staff, particularly the Security Officer who warmly greeted us upon our late arrival at 2:30 AM, the staff who assisted us during breakfast and dinner, and even those encountered along the corridors. They consistently provided beach towels and replenished water bottles daily, which proved immensely helpful during our stay. Kudos to the Teamwho makes our stay enjoyable!

Были в отеле с 30.12-01.01 попали на Новогодний ужин , он был прекрасен, подавали суп, салат, мясо и морепродукты на гриле, все очень вкусно! У нас был номер 203 делюкс , огромный , а главное очень , очень чистый! Персонал работают очень хорошо, все дружелюбные и готовы помочь всегда и во всем! На Шри-Ланке это особенно ценно) а еще иногда на большое дерево приходят обезьяны) Если еще поеду на остров , обязательно поживу тут сново)

Встречали новый год 2024 в этом отеле, завтраки однообразные но очень вкусны (Фрукты, тосты, чай, кофе, и на выбор яйца (омлет или глазунья), каша овсяная (очень вкусная) или кап кейки. Персонал отличный, Махеш лучный официант, всё делает по их темпу быстро - другие могут забыть по почти что то но это не так важно. При заселении нас поселили Bliss, я так понял второй корпус этого отеля, номер 24-26 кв - жили на 3 этаже, живности в виде геконов и муравьёв в номере - но пугаться их не надо, их не много, если не будите еду оставлять на столе. Рядом в 50 метрах вин шоп, фруктовая лавка - манго брали 1000 рупий за 3 кг, или только привезённое 500 рупий кг. Отдыхом довольны. Были с 2 детьми - кровать для ребёнка была одна, вторую дали за шоколадку, договоритесь если вам нужно, страной довольны. Вокруг отеля видели и варанов и обезьян и павлинов и мангуста и прочих животных.

Отдыхали с мужем и друзьями в данном отеле 13 дней. Отель выбирали очень долго и решили остановиться на Эпике. Отель небольшой, уютный, все там как одна большая семья. Номера просторные, уборка каждый день. Персонал приветливый и очень веселый. У нас были включены только завтраки. На завтрак подают стакан свежевыжатого сока, тарелку фруктов (ананас, банан, маракуйя, папайя, манго), чай/кофе на выбор, всегда приносят молоко, тосты, масло, джем. На выбор банановые панкейки, каша либо яйца (вареное, глазунья, омлет). Очень часто обедали и ужинали в отеле, готовят ооооочень вкусно, цены приемлимые. По пятницам проводят безлимитную барбекю вечеринку. Как писали в предыдущих отзывах, на территории отеля растет большое дерево, на которое каждый день утром и вечером приходят обезьяны-попрошайки). До пляжа пешком минуты 3-4, пляж через дорогу. В пешей доступности фруктовая и алко лавки. Рядом с отелем живет тук-тукер Ниланте, который по приемлемым ценам отвезет вас в любое место Унаватуны. Очень нам понравился данный отель, в следующем году обязательно вернемся именно в него!

Отличный отель, вежливый, внимательный персонал, всегда есть свет и горячая вода(что для Ланки редкость), вкусная кухня, до пляжа рукой подать, и в тоже время не на дороге, весь в зелени, как в джунглях. Мы брали завтрак, ужин - нам понравилось, на ужин можно заказывать по меню первое, второе, третье и компот с десертом - без всякой доплаты, выкатывались как колобки. В жаре суп в обед не лезет, а вот в ужин заходит хорошо. Чистота, ночью дежурит охранник. Бассейн в новом корпусе, работает до 22.00. Решают по возможности любую вашу просьбу. Можно сдать одежду в стирку за копейки, все пятна отстирают, погладят. Нам понравилось абсолютно всё. Через день после приезда возникает стойкое ощущение будто ты дома, а не в гостях. Кто поедет, везите шоколад и водку в подарок. Магешу и Асану отдельный привет.
