The entire building is a room, and it is a hotel-style apartment bar. It also provides free coffee and various tea bags. It is very satisfying to have a cup before going out. The transportation is also relatively convenient. There is a bus at the door and one stop to the subway station.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer günstigen Unterkunft in München im Rahmen der NFL Games und haben mit „Dein Apart“ die passende gefunden. Sauber, nett, freundlich, hammer Frühstück und super gelegen um in die Stadt oder zum Stadion zu fahren: eine Station mit dem Bus und die U-Bahn bringt einen innerhalb kürzester Zeit ab Studentenstadt weiter. Wie empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter und würden sie immer wieder wählen. Tiefgarage optional buchbar und Dank Kennzeichenlesesystem easy zu handhaben. Die Zimmer sind clean und modern, die Bäder neu und super eingerichtet. Ablageflächen und Schrank sind ebenso vorhanden wie eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine.

Just a bit out of the center but easy to reach by public transport. Paid parking underneath the brand new building. All was very clean and we liked the atmosphere. Messe was easy to reach with uber.

Sehr neu und frisch, alles war sehr angenehm, gutes Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl. Angestellte sind sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Ich werde wieder kommen, aber die fehlende Klimaanlage wird es mir schwer machen, wieder im Sommer zu kommen. Das Zimmer war viel zu warm, allerdings war es draussen auch sehr heiss.

No air conditioning, poor shower facilities!! Water gets all over bathroom no drainage for water outside of shower area, stayed 5 days no towel change and no emptying of rubbish

Neues riesiges Apartment Hotel mit mehreren Gebäuden, welches sich noch im Ausbau befindet. Daher funktioniert momentan noch nicht alles perfekt. Mit Sicherheit wird in einigen Monaten vieles deutlich besser und schöner. Das Zimmer war auf jeden Fall schon wunderbar mit zweckmäßiger Einrichtung, kleiner Küche, Bad und einem bequemen Bett fertiggestellt. Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch gut, da man schnell auf der Autobahn ist, ohne sich durch den Münchener Verkehr quälen zu müssen.
