This hotel is quite a way out of Munich but it was easy to get to a metro and train station (very short walk past some construction). We had lovely big clean rooms and the best breakfasts of our holiday here! There was so much choice and even a very nice lady making fresh omelette in the morning. All the staff were friendly but it did seem that they were out to get money where possible, for example, umbrellas had to be hired and having paid to park in the small car park as guests we then found that there was a special offer for all weekend parking used by locals meaning that it was almost impossible to park safely. If you want big rooms, a great breakfast and don't mind a commute into munich then this is ideal.

I stayed at the Gambino Hotel Cincinnati for two nights in July 2023 with my husband and two boys. We had two economy double rooms, which were quite small, but well equipped with a TV, safe, A/C, and coffee/tea making facilities. Our room was clean overall, but the window was dirty and the curtains rather dusty. The beds were comfortable. Storage space was very limited. No toiletries were provided except soap. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a train station. Parking in the hotel’s garage is pretty expensive at 15 Euros per day, but one can park for free in the surrounding streets. I really didn’t like the fact that the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast. Sure, you can get breakfast at the bakery downstairs, but the tables are right next to checkout counters of the supermarket that the bakery belongs to. We had breakfast there on the first morning and didn’t like it at all. The food wasn’t great, the queue in the bakery was huge so we had to wait for ages, and sitting practically in the supermarket wasn’t comfortable at all. All in all, the hotel offers good value for money. We would choose the hotel again for a short stay.

Overall this Hotel and Apartments are very good, free parking , free breakfast and in a good location. Rooms have a useful mini kitchen for the basics. Breakfast was good and its location on a retail park made it easy if you need any shopping. Hotel also has a Sauna, Gym and Laundry room which was useful. Staff very nice and helpful, they prepared an early breakfast bag for me as I was leaving very early. I would recommend and I would stay again at this Hotel.

Easy access to the subway, staff was incredibly friendly, parking was a bit difficult to spot from the outside but was easy to access once we got the instructions (probably should indicate on the website so customers do not have to get out of their car and go inside to ask), rooms are smaller than you think but nothing to complain about. Really chill and chic hotel. Only a couple of mins to get to the city center. Prime location!

In the eastern area of Monaco but well connected with public means to the city center. For the customer who arrives in car, a private parking is available at the floor -1 for payment (but free parking is also available on the street). We stayed in a premium room that objectively had nothing to envy of the hotel rooms of a much higher category. Light, sufficiently spacious, with a wide and comfortable bed, excellently air-conditioned, with flat-screen TV and a coffee-capsule machine. If you have to show some deficiencies, we notify the absence of a pre-conditioned box, a refrigerator bar, a safe. For breakfast we went to the bakery/pasta site just below the hotel (open 7/7 from 7.00) and we recommend it. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at. We loved the room. Ours came with a little kitchen area. We felt like we were staying in a modern episode of “tiny house”. The lobby area is large and inviting. We were meet by a friendly and accommodating staff who meet all our our needs. Wonderful stay!

The rooms are advertised as apart-hotel rooms for longer stays, but they are small and they mostly just traded a proper size wardrobe for a space for a kitchen sink and a microwave. The website says ”Kitchenette” but you can't really cook anything... Also, no dish soap or sponge is provided, and you have to grab plates and cutleries yourself from the restaurant area downstairs. This could easily be fixed. Also the website says there is a desk but there really isn't. What you get is a small coffee table with a low seat. Impossible to seat and expect to work comfortably on it. No laundry service or washing machines available in the hotel either. The receptionist pointed me to the mall to clean my clothes, which is very far if you don't have a car. They should at least have a partnership with external laundry service and organize pickups... Other than that, the staff was super friendly and professional. Nice hotel design, clean and good breakfast too. So I would recommend the place only for short stays.

We had a wonderful experience. The location of the room was excellent, situated directly opposite the Central train station. Additionally, it was conveniently close to a DM store and another road where we could easily access the REWe supermarket.
The cleanliness of the room was impressive. Furthermore, the soundproofing was excellent, providing a peaceful environment for a comfortable stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and excellent soundproofing. It made for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We had a fabulous time visiting this I believe newly opened hotel! As the lounge is only opening later this month we have received alternative offerings in the bar which were delicious. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to come back once the lounge has opened!

Directly near the motorway, sufficient parking, everything clean and clean, good breakfast, careful staff and overall very child-friendly, therefore also absolutely recommended for families. Room was also clean, with the outfit sofa for the kids no longer very big, but it was all enough to sleep (we were on the way over the day). We're happy to come back!

GGuest UserI had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Makram Rezgani, were exceptional in making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. When I checked out in a hurry and left two items in my room, Makram Rezgani went above and beyond to assist me. Despite my items not being found initially, he personally took my details and assured me he would keep me updated. To my surprise, Makram had located my items and even went the extra mile to mail them to me promptly as I had already left for the airport. His outstanding customer service truly stood out, and I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional hospitality.

GGuest UserThis hotel will be quite smart once finished. There was a lot of building work going on during the day. Luckily work stopped at 5pm and we had left before it started the next morning. As another reviewer posted 1 st floor rooms are convenient reachable by lift. The rooms are quite small but perfectly comfortable . Good shower. Good Wi-Fi . Good sized double room for single occupancy. There is secure underground parking which for now is free of charge. The bar area is attractive and comfortable . All the staff from reception to service are friendly, helpful and professional. The location is very good being only 400m from the S Bahn just some 20 mins from the city centre. It is also close to the Autobahn network. The breakfast buffet included in the price was very good . Good value for money

Ideally located for our purposes, due to proximity to our supplier offices The S-Bahn is also only 10-15min walk that can take you to central Munich There’s a LIDL close by as well as a bakery and a Maccy D’s nearby A Mongolian/Chinese restaurant is also close by - didn’t venture in tho Check in is via the screens in the lobby - so no real need for a receptionist Not that she was of much help anyways, as was chatting to a friend on the phone However, not a critic of the receptionist as the one in the morning was helpful and friendly The place is itself is of the most simplistic style and decor Lifts were dodgy though - the right one had fallen beyond the floor line and when they do move…..they practically crawl So we took the stairs the time we were there Rooms were clean and there was a mini kitchenette Lots of cupboard storage space if required Advice is apparently not to have a third floor room near the end as the sloping roof restricts any space you thought you had No breakfast but there is a coffee vending machine

GGuest UserThe hotel is Unterhaching outside Munich city. The nearest train station is 10 minutes by walk. There is free parking lot. Room is large, clean and comfortable with small kitchen. However, kitchen ware is not in the room. It's at reception with fee. Breakfast is served on the gtound floor. It's very good.
