1 minute walk from Bayside, I preferred this far above the Okkura which is adjacent especially for families with a 2 and 5 yo. The indoor pool was properly heated up to 35 degrees and included a 0.5m kids paddle pool which was quite a good size. The breakfast included for the kids had popcorn and heaps of candy and fairy floss marshmallows in front of a TV showing snow white classics so they won't eat a proper breakfast unless they’re very disciplined…. The outdoor pool costs 5400jpy for adults and 3400 for 4-12year olds. See picture for prices of all the extras. With hindsight we didn’t t need the outdoor pool. Has on site convenience store and a Disney store too. Only downside is the room even in the park wing was very cramped.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed here as the hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland Tokyo. We visited the park for 3 days and it took us roughly 10/15 minutes each day to get to the parks from the hotel, as the monorail is just a short walk away. On our last day in Disney it was pouring with rain and we got soaked. We had already checked out of the hotel and they were keeping our bags as we were taking the limo bus service to the airport later that night. Not wanting to get on the plane sopping were we asked if we could hav a room for a few hours to shower and dry off. The staff were very happy to help, and for just a small fee we were able to get a room. The staff were considerate and so helpful. Thank you for making our trip and ending one to remember.

I stayed with my family using the Chiba Toku Travel Campaign. The parking lot was parked before going to the park because you can park at 0:00 ~ on the check-in day. Check-in came back from the park and it was around 20:30, but I was able to check in with a waiting time of about 20 minutes. The front desk guided me carefully. It was a short stay plan at check-in 19:00 and check-out 10:00, but the reservation was made from the official site two weeks ago. With the use of travel discount, the accommodation fee per person was about 8000 yen + 3000 yen coupon. The room was larger than I expected and the bath was large. There was a little pink mold (?) On the wash basin, but that's what I was interested in. I used the spa without using the bath in the guest room. It's usually 2200 yen, but it was 1100 yen because I got a half-price ticket at check-in. For women, there was a mist sauna and a face care steamer in the changing room. Because it is large, I didn't care much about the congestion. It's about the degree that the dryer will be crowded. It wasn't a plan with breakfast, but there was a word of mouth that the bread was delicious, so I went to eat breakfast around 8 o'clock. Many people were waiting and entered the restaurant in about 20 minutes. There were many kinds of bread and it was difficult to choose, but the croissants and pie dough bread were especially delicious. Check-out was a memorial to the trip because you can proceed with the TV in the room if you don't need to settle, and you can bring your room key back. Access is available, but buses run between Bayside Station and Hotel, Maihama Station and Hotel. When I headed to the hotel around 20:30, I was waiting for a bus at the Bayside Station, so I walked to the hotel, but it was about 10 minutes. However, because the weather was bad, the wind was strong along the sea, and it was difficult to walk when pointing to an umbrella.

I stayed in this hotel with my family and I booked a four single beds room at the hotel, the hotel's rooms have smart toilets installed in it, everything in the room is perfectly cleaned and the room smells amazing. Everything at the hotel was perfect, the staff members are wonderful at their jobs. The hotel is partners with Disneyland shuttle busses and they drop the people who are dwelling at the hotel to Disneyland without any bus fare which is amazing.
I loved the area, if you are a person who likes to live in the countryside then this hotel has a perfect location for you which is surrounded by the sea and alot of greenery. Both, Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disneysea is not so far from the hotel. I would end my review by saying that that would definitely book a room again at Mitsui Garden Hotel Prana Tokyo Bay.

Experience
Such an amazing stay at Oriental Tokyo Bay, good service from check in to house keeping. Almost the happiest place on earth.
Room
Clean and very comfortable room with good space. The toilets and shower is great almost like Onsen style, had one of my best sleep and shower there.
Food
The breakfast is not to be missed, with such an wide and quality spread, I will need two stomachs for it.
The welcome bar is such a nice treat for the guest, in the afternoons when not so crowded make a nice place to chill and relax. In the evening after a long day out, makes it a nice place to relax even when its crowded just before you retreat to your room.
Transport
Being a Disney partner hotel, the round trip transport to and from the park mad it easy to get around, I had landed in Narita and all I needed was to take the bus from Narita to Disney and take the partner bus to hotel.
With the train across the hotel, getting to downtown Tokyo was also easy.
Shopping
Just across the hotel there are three malls with great shopping choices such as Uniqlo and Aeon, food choices are also plenty to choice from.

This is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

Used for a mid-night stay in Disney for 2 days. I decided on the size of the room, the bath and toilet are separate, and there is a microwave oven. Check-in was crowded because it was returning from Disney, but there was a lounge with a wide 々 next to the lobby, and there was a free drink, so it was good for elementary school children to wait slowly. Lawson, who bought dinner, was crowded, but there was no shortage, and it was convenient to buy children's dinner, sweets (ice and the next day), juice, alcohol, etc. And thanks to the microwave in the room, I could go back to the room and eat immediately after I bought it, and I thought it was very good for my children. The bath is also wide 々 with a washroom, and it was good to put it slowly without worrying because it was separate from the toilet. The bed is also large 2, so it seemed to be easy to sleep with wide 々. Adults and high school students have a large space even if they wake up late, and this time they have a TV at the table, and this time they have a sofa space, so adults have easy-to-use rooms such as organizing and packing their luggage. After all, the children were sleeping comfortably in a big letter in the bed, so one slept in the sofa space, but it was a large enough sofa for a simple bed. Check out is easy to leave immediately by putting the key in the machine and operating.

My kids loved the hotel. It’s nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. Plenty of nice amenities as good as a more expensive hotel (kids toothbrushes, lounge suits, slippers). The shuttle to and from Disney is pretty good. The shuttle to the station is not very helpful. It never left at a good time for us to explore or get to airport. The earliest one goes too late for many regional flights. The breakfast is ridiculously overpriced. We’d stay again but probably would get a hotel with a more convenient location realistically. Closer to a station or more regular shuttles.
The concept of this facility is "OLDIES GOODIES." The interior design will be based on the motif of the American worldview around 1955, when the world's first Disneyland was born. In addition, we aim to provide a convenient and comfortable stay for those who stay for the purpose of Tokyo Disney Resort®. ■ Concept is "OLDIES GOODIES" America in the 1950s, a time of great economic and cultural development, especially 1955, was the year when the world's first Disneyland was born. The hotel's concept is "OLDIES GOODIES," and the interior design will be based on the American worldview of that time. The feature is that you can stay as if you were in one area of the theme park, and immerse yourself in the afterglow and extraordinary worldview even after leaving the theme park. Goodies also means attractive and entertaining, and we pursue hotel services that make theme park travel convenient and comfortable so that you can fully immerse yourself in the world view. ■ "2nd Room" that can be used freely 24 hours a day "2nd Room" is a public space that any guest can use freely 24 hours a day, even before check-in or after check-out. The space is filled with music reminiscent of America around 1955, and features an impressive mid-century design interior and color scheme that was popular at the time. There are spaces where you can take off your shoes and rest, and spaces that can be used as semi-private rooms, so you can choose your favorite space to relax. You can take a break after arriving, make plans for the next day with family and friends, or get ready to depart, and spend your time as you like according to your travel schedule. ■ The wallpaper, carpets, sofas, etc. are a bold combination of calming colors that are reminiscent of America around 1955, so you can feel the world view even in the guest rooms. In all rooms, you can take off your shoes, and you can choose the room type according to your friends and family and preferences. Excluding some rooms ・"Superior with Rolling Bed"There is a "Rolling Bed" at the back of the two beds, and as the name suggests, you can relax on it or talk with family and friends on it as a sofa. It can also be used as a bed when you go to sleep, and can accommodate up to four people. ■Restaurant that can be enjoyed early in the morning or at night At "Cafeteria", you can enjoy freshly cooked meals even if you arrive late at night, and they offer rice bowl meals, hot deli, and cold deli, making it perfect for satisfying your hunger after returning from the theme park. In addition, "Restaurant", which serves a breakfast buffet, is open from 6am, so you can eat a good meal and recharge your energy even if you leave early in the morning. There is also a 24-hour shop "Food & DrinkStation" next to the 2nd Room, where you can purchase snacks that you can easily pick up, snacks and drinks for the next day, whenever you like. By providing meals that are suited to the late night arrivals and early morning departures that are unique to theme park trips, we support your comfortable stay.

If you are going to Disneyland/Disneysea, I highly recommend Hoshino Resorts 1955 Tokyo Bay. The new hotel, which opened in June 2024, is a place that fully captures the feel of American Disneyland and maximizes the retro feel. The guest rooms were spacious and the Tokyo Bay view was satisfying~~~^^

DDionIt's a good quiet and cozy location if you are going Disneyland. They have bus cater to Disneyland and back. The cleanliness are top notch as they are also relatively new. The staff are all friendly and try to help me whatever you need. The whole check in and out process was pleasant. Despite having small comfy room, they include bathtub, so there's still a enjoyment to it. They also have shoe dryer in the room, so there's no worry if you went out getting your shoe wet. At night the also provide unlimited small supper, my time was Chazuke, totally love it! Don't expect gym, swimming pool or anything but is one of the best place you can find if you want to hang around Maihama or having trip to Disneyland. Definitely would go and stay again! :)
Hhernan79Nice hotel near Disney, they have free shuttle to the park, service was great! I wished I had paid attention about the spa earlier! Really nice and cheap, the convenience store in the second floor comes handy
EExplorer811419Directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, you can go without getting wet in the rain. The parking lot is 2,500 yen per night. There is also a free bus from Disney, but it is easy to get on one station by JR. I stayed in the water mirror. The explanation of the premium floor is omitted because others are doing it. From the windows on the upper floors, I could see the cityscape of Urayasu, the train view of the Keiyo Line nearby, the Disney Resort in the distance, the Ferris wheel of Kasai Rinkai Park, and the cargo ship of Tokyo Bay. I could see fireworks at night. The room is well cleaned and the bathtub and washroom are large and comfortable. There is WiFi, but the desk is narrow and not suitable for teleworking. However, there are various types of rooms, so I would like to try other rooms. Check-out is at 12 o'clock and you can relax in the morning.
JjullybeIt is a room in a condominium, with a kitchen. I thought it was at first, but it is very comfortable if I get used to it. The first floor is close to Lawson, Urayasu station and Shin Urayasu station. And the price is also unsatisfactory with afdouble. I think the room is based on the type, but it is a clean one room unified in white system.
GGuest UserIt is very convenient to go to Disneyland. You can take the bus to Disneyland Station. You will know the stop when you arrive. You will never miss the stop.
The hotel service is very good, the room is spacious, and the price-performance ratio is very high.
There are convenience stores, supermarkets, McDonalds, and some good small restaurants nearby, which is very convenient! It is only about 100 meters away. There is also a drugstore next to the supermarket, which is very suitable for buying souvenirs and medicines.
YYouzhenWe traveled independently and checked in at the hotel in advance. We stayed for 3 nights. The lady at the counter was very kind and helped us take our luggage to the room. There is also a self-service laundry area, a towel exchange area, and toiletries and bathing supplies are placed in the lobby at the counter. Next to it, you can pick it up for yourself. There is also a game room in the community for children to play. There is a restaurant that provides unlimited drinks, hot tea, and corn soup from 2 pm to 11 pm. You can also choose a breakfast meal box. You can choose from many flavors: 2-3 types of meat and rice lunch boxes, 2-3 types of 🍣sushi, sandwiches, and 3 types of foil-packed drinks. Your family and children are very happy. Great service.
AAnonymous UserThe room is barely big enough to fit a suitcase, but it is clean and odorless. It is very convenient to go to Disneyland. You don't need to cross the road to take the bus downstairs and it takes less than 30 minutes to get to the entrance of Disney Ocean! The male service staff at the front desk who looks a little older speaks English quite well, and the communication is relatively smooth. There are convenience stores and McDonald's nearby. If you are going to Disney Ocean, this hotel is pretty good among the three-star hotels.
LLongjun RenThis hotel is a bit far from Disneyland, but it provides free shuttle bus, which takes only 20 minutes from Disneyland to the hotel, which is very convenient and the shuttle bus time is also suitable. Breakfast needs to be paid separately, which is relatively expensive, but the taste is still very good, and there are freshly made pancakes to eat.
리리애I stayed here before going to Disney!
The Korean restaurant near the hotel was delicious, and the room was clean and I was very satisfied!
The breakfast was also very delicious.
