Awesome experience. Shuttle buses to Maihama Station in the lobby that you can ride for free

Location was not too bad, very close to the monorail (walking distance). Room and toilet was super huge and comfortable though the design is a bit dated. If can look past this then the hotel is actually a great stay.

If you have young kids please choose something else. For 250 usd per night without breakfast or anything included there are far better options. The “bus” from Bayside station is infrequent. We got a LOT of attitude from the driver who had closed the door and we banged on the door to ask him to reopen it as we had a 1 and 5 year old with us - he just sneered at us. It was so rude and unexpected from a 5 star hotel. In the first day we were told to walk to the hotel instead. As soon as we started walking the empty bus closed the door and drove to the hotel - we saw it pass us. We asked the hotel to organise a taxi at 4am. But taxis refuse to take bookings at that time. You just have to hope for good luck. We got downstairs to the lobby at 4am as instructed and all the lights were off and there were no staff. Zero. Someone only appeared after 10 minutes of us searching the entire lobby. The bed was like a plank of wood or sleeping on the ground. The rug was threadbare and obviously from the 80s. Walls are paper thin so you will hear every single guest as they arrive home from Disney if they stay out later than you. Taxi to haneda terminal 3 with zero traffic took 25 mins and was 12000 yen. With zero services im not sure how they think they are 5 star? No pool no gym no breakfast no restaurants after 6pm no decent convenience stores except a tiny one expensive one with absolute basics in the lobby. I wish I booked elsewhere!

Great location, children friendly, direct shuttle bus to airport is a plus !

Though the hotel is a bit aged, the staff is helpful and with fast action.

This review is specifically for a trip to Disneyland; The location is right in the Disneyland, and it is very convenient to take the tram in the park; The cleanliness, personally speaking, is very clean. However, there is a supermarket on the first floor open until 22:00. You can go back to the hotel in the evening to replenish some food. There are also hot foods and some fruit cups opposite the supermarket. ,very convenient; Overall it is recommended to stay here

The room was spacious, the concept color was pink which was cute, and the interior was very clean and I was very satisfied. The amenities were plentiful, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the bathtub filled up very quickly.

You can walk to the opposite side, or you can wait for the free hotel shuttle bus at the door of the hotel. There are also airport buses to Narita and Haneda. Overall, it is very cost-effective!

The room is a large double room that can sleep five people. The supplies provided are of high quality. The hotel has a small shop and a Disney gift shop. Generally, you will not have the chance to encounter them when you come back after Disneyland is closed.
