Suitable for more than three people, small but complete. The washing machine and bathroom are all complete, and the hotel also provides free seasoning for cooking! I have stayed here twice and I like it very much. I will stay here again when I go with my family. The Tsukiji Market is right at the door. I buy vegetables and cook upstairs, which comforts my Chinese stomach that eats Japanese food every day

I book this hotel before the day change and its open to check in until 23:59 pm which is really helps me on that day. The service was really good and the room was spacious and clean with a good view. There also some small garden space on the front desk floor and we can see the Tokyo Skytree. Really recommend!

The hotel is near Chiyoda City which is a nice park. Shimbashi station is a 5min walk away. Rooms are clean but a bit small (normal for Tokyo). Service is good. Breakfast is good.
They don't have a concierge despite trip.com saying they do. Not sure if that is a mistake on their part or on trip.com.
The place has a gym which is open 24/7. I didn't use it but it was good to have the option.
There is also a smoking room and a bar.
Overall, a 5/5 stay for a 3 star hotel.

We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Overall was okay experience. The only thing that bothers is the laundry room. There are so many Chinese ********* or middle Eastern people make a mess after washing. Things like putting tissue inside the washing machine and taking off other people clothes without consent before the owner comes back to pick up their washed clothes.

Superb in all departments. Exceptionally clean and service from all staff members felt very special indeed. Tepanyaki chef prepared and unforgettable meal experience and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Beautiful view from the Room, with Mount Fuji visible on clear days.

Hotel is absolutely stunning and the rooms are big by Tokyo standards. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the JR and the famous Shibuya Scramble, and about 4 minutes from the nearest exit / entrance to the subway. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the in house restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area as well. A little bit on the pricey side but worth it if you want a bit of luxury while in Japan.

The Intercontinental Yokohama Pier 8 is part of the Cruise Terminal Complex ”Yokohama Hammerhead”. If you are familiar with Cup Noodle museum, then it's right behind it. It's also a short 10 minute walk from the other Intercontinental: Yokohama Grand. The closest stations for both these hotels is the Minatomirai station on the Minatomirai line. If you are coming by JR, the closet station is Sakuragi-cho on the Keihin-Touhoku line and from there about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Yokohama Grand and a further 10 minutes to Pier 8. From the Hammerhead, you can clearly see the iconic fin shaped Intercontinental Yokohama Grand. It's in a good location with shops and restaurants in Yokohama Hammerhead, Marine & Walk and the famous Red Brick warehouse. The hotel is a rectangle building with an open area in the middle (garden) of the building from level 3. The ”outside” rooms are the City and Bay View rooms while the ”inside” rooms are the Garden View rooms. There's also a rooftop garden where you have a great view overlooking the bay and can just sit and relax in the sun. The staff were exceptional and the rooms amazing. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed the spacious room and being on top of a metro station with direct trains to Shibuya. Great to have a kitchen and nice view of the harbour. It does take a bit longer to Tokyo but good to avoid the crowds and get to spend more time in Yokohama. Walking distance to Chinatown (although the food there isn’t great) and to Red Brickhouse. Does get busy with the cruise goers so be prepared for longer wait times for check-in and check-out and for elevators. Minor point but there’s nowhere for taxi to stop out front, a bit of hassle if carrying large luggage.

CCreativeBeautysWe absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed here as the hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland Tokyo. We visited the park for 3 days and it took us roughly 10/15 minutes each day to get to the parks from the hotel, as the monorail is just a short walk away. On our last day in Disney it was pouring with rain and we got soaked. We had already checked out of the hotel and they were keeping our bags as we were taking the limo bus service to the airport later that night. Not wanting to get on the plane sopping were we asked if we could hav a room for a few hours to shower and dry off. The staff were very happy to help, and for just a small fee we were able to get a room. The staff were considerate and so helpful. Thank you for making our trip and ending one to remember.
DDionIt's a good quiet and cozy location if you are going Disneyland. They have bus cater to Disneyland and back. The cleanliness are top notch as they are also relatively new. The staff are all friendly and try to help me whatever you need. The whole check in and out process was pleasant. Despite having small comfy room, they include bathtub, so there's still a enjoyment to it. They also have shoe dryer in the room, so there's no worry if you went out getting your shoe wet. At night the also provide unlimited small supper, my time was Chazuke, totally love it! Don't expect gym, swimming pool or anything but is one of the best place you can find if you want to hang around Maihama or having trip to Disneyland. Definitely would go and stay again! :)
GGuest UserI stayed with my family using the Chiba Toku Travel Campaign. The parking lot was parked before going to the park because you can park at 0:00 ~ on the check-in day. Check-in came back from the park and it was around 20:30, but I was able to check in with a waiting time of about 20 minutes. The front desk guided me carefully. It was a short stay plan at check-in 19:00 and check-out 10:00, but the reservation was made from the official site two weeks ago. With the use of travel discount, the accommodation fee per person was about 8000 yen + 3000 yen coupon. The room was larger than I expected and the bath was large. There was a little pink mold (?) On the wash basin, but that's what I was interested in. I used the spa without using the bath in the guest room. It's usually 2200 yen, but it was 1100 yen because I got a half-price ticket at check-in. For women, there was a mist sauna and a face care steamer in the changing room. Because it is large, I didn't care much about the congestion. It's about the degree that the dryer will be crowded. It wasn't a plan with breakfast, but there was a word of mouth that the bread was delicious, so I went to eat breakfast around 8 o'clock. Many people were waiting and entered the restaurant in about 20 minutes. There were many kinds of bread and it was difficult to choose, but the croissants and pie dough bread were especially delicious. Check-out was a memorial to the trip because you can proceed with the TV in the room if you don't need to settle, and you can bring your room key back. Access is available, but buses run between Bayside Station and Hotel, Maihama Station and Hotel. When I headed to the hotel around 20:30, I was waiting for a bus at the Bayside Station, so I walked to the hotel, but it was about 10 minutes. However, because the weather was bad, the wind was strong along the sea, and it was difficult to walk when pointing to an umbrella.
TTarryn SaVery big room for Japan standards. Very close to Disneyland (just 1 stop on the train, hotel very close to metro station) which is great if you’re spending a lot of time at Disney. A little far from downtown though (40-60 minutes by metro). The hotel was very clean and beautiful and the service was amazing, breakfast buffet was very good.
AAsiaFamTravels1 minute walk from Bayside, I preferred this far above the Okkura which is adjacent especially for families with a 2 and 5 yo. The indoor pool was properly heated up to 35 degrees and included a 0.5m kids paddle pool which was quite a good size. The breakfast included for the kids had popcorn and heaps of candy and fairy floss marshmallows in front of a TV showing snow white classics so they won't eat a proper breakfast unless they’re very disciplined…. The outdoor pool costs 5400jpy for adults and 3400 for 4-12year olds. See picture for prices of all the extras. With hindsight we didn’t t need the outdoor pool. Has on site convenience store and a Disney store too. Only downside is the room even in the park wing was very cramped.
GGuest UserThis hotel is ideal for people who enjoy staying at the Tokyo Disney Resort. It is designed to provide a comfortable stay for couples, friends, families, international visitors, and diverse groups. It is especially suitable for those who prefer a relaxing and elegant time and space after spending time at the Disney Resort. Have plenty of fun and magic at the Disney Resort until the night. Then, take the Disney Resort Line, and when you arrive at the station, a cute Mickey bus will be waiting for you. Large rooms, spacious bathrooms, and super comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast with a choice of one of two very spacious and comfortable restaurants. Look out over the open courtyard and have a strategy meeting for the day. You and your companion/family will be in good health and sure to get some good ideas. If you settle your purchases in the hotel without using your room number, you can use the simplified check-out process. Put your room key in the box in the lobby and check out in one second. With the ingenious system, no need to make your companion/family wait in the lobby. In addition, the rooms are equipped with ”Noritake” teacups and black/green tea bags. The ”Noritake” teacups feature pure gold rim decorations, so you can have a fantastic ”tea party” in a room that would envy Alice. Have a wonderful trip! ✨✨✨✨✨✨
PPuay Lingthis hotel was really close to disneysea and we took less than 10mins to walk and we were there for a whole day too the hotel room was small but decent enough for just a two nights sleep nearby
GGuest UserWhen you arrive at TDR, you can leave your luggage at Ikspiari in front of the station and check in on the spot, so it was convenient to enter the room without lining up at the counter when you arrive at the hotel after closing. I always use this when I go to TDR, but this time I stayed at the West Side for the first time. The concept of the room was ”guest room in the castle”, and it was a fun room like the decorations in the room entered the land. The room was very beautiful and I was able to spend it comfortably.
JjullybeIt is a room in a condominium, with a kitchen. I thought it was at first, but it is very comfortable if I get used to it. The first floor is close to Lawson, Urayasu station and Shin Urayasu station. And the price is also unsatisfactory with afdouble. I think the room is based on the type, but it is a clean one room unified in white system.
MmharsnVery nice hotel. The front desk staff will make sure you have everything you need. The free morning breakfast is filling, with its eggs, potato salad, and bread with jelly and juices. There aren't too many restaurants nearby, but there are plenty by the train station which is just a 5-minute walk. And there are three convenience stores even closer than that. The bed and pillow are comfortable, and the bathroom is very useable, with free amenities provided by the front desk.
